Our non-profit was in tax trouble and suspended by the Secretary of State. We also had a patron that wanted their donation back. This attorney resolved all of it and returned the balance of our initial retainer. She resolved the issue with the patron over dinner and got us a compromise offer for our tax troubles. She was tough and gave us great advice about letting go of our Executive Director which was better for us in the long run. We are healthier today as an organization and even though she will not join our Board of Directors, we admire her and would recommend her if your having compliance issues.

My husband and i used Michele Dobson Wilson for the preparation of our Living Trust that that was somewhat complicated. Michele was very professional, extremely knowledgeable on these types of legal documents, answered all of our questions, and made recommendations. In addition I also have first hand knowledge of Michele's legal expertise and professionalism as I am on the board for a non profit and Michele represented our non profit in a wrongful termination suit brought forth by an ex-employee. She was excellent in reviewing all of our documentation and confirming to the court our non profit did not wrongfully terminate this employee.

Atty Dobson was very helpful, professional and timely. We needed a contract between family members. She listened to each person's perspective on the matter; and translated it into an agreement that met our needs. We were very pleased with the results.

Social media allows people to post anonymously but please bear in mind that we have beaten, or are beating, many people who have chosen counsel poorly. This site allows anonymous postings which is a bit cowardous, we will own our posting.
