Jim Morgan effective at handling and resolving our case. He did what he said and within the time frame stated. It's a process that takes time but he made it clear up front and got it done. His staff were all friendly and helpful and made it easy to deal with the minimal paperwork required. Thanks!

My sisters and I suffered a great loss of our Mother due to neglect. From start to finish, Lanzone and Morgan has been amazing. My initial call with Emily made me feel like she cared and really heard me. They worked quickly in getting all the info they needed and always kept great communication with me. Once they decided to take my case, they were thorough and up front about expectations. I always felt like I was in great hands.
