Highly recommend Richard Williamson. He handled our trust, my brother's trust and helped us settle my parents trust as well. He is professional, knowledge and available, something you don't always find when working with attorneys.

I couldn't be more happy with the kindness and professionalism of this office. We used them to create our Living Will and Trust documents. The process was very straight forward and their insight and explanation allowed us to make the proper choices regarding these matters. Very very kind and caring father and daughter team. The front office staff is also very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very safe in their hands.

I am a new trust attorney client. The "receptionist" informed me that the first intake appointment was 3 weeks away, yet she wanted to take all my info via a questionnaire. I declined as I wanted to interview their services, fees, etc., for such a personal biz relationship. I called backed to explain why i declined, and like a child she was arguing, interrupting, not hearing anything I was explaining, why I didnt choose them...i finally had to say, shut up and listen to my input.... she was so offended, she reacted and hung up. Perhaps this firms needs a more mature front end to actually handle customer service and listen to prospects, existing clients, etc. Of course, i apologized for saying.. shut up. What biz runs a front in that reacts that way? So sorry, attorneys, but look into your front end.. you just lost a lifelong client.

Professional and welcoming. If you need to take care of your Estate Planning needs (most of us do but keep putting it off..) don't wait any further and get it done with this firm. This is a family owned Estate Planning firm sufficiently staffed with attorneys and/or legal practitioners (mostly all related to one another) making it feel intimate while at same time giving you piece of mind of continuity as a business. After an initial courtesy consultation and finalizing your affairs, you walk out with a Binder well organized in sections, holding all of your important estate planing documents. Highly recommend!

I thought Jim Davis was great. I have no experience with his court room work but he is personable and affordable...definitely two things I don't associate with attorneys normally. If your looking for a shark not sure this is your guy but if you want a nice knowlegable attorney to prepare your trust, Will, or other estate documents Jim is great.

Christina was and still is a great choice if you need to get your estate planning documents done, including the will, trust, durable power of attorney, health care directive, assignments, etc. Easy to deal with!
