I was referred to Michael by a friend as she enjoyed working with him. I was involved in a three-car accident, and I called immediately after to ask for the next steps on what to do. He gave me clear instructions, and I felt empowered knowing I had someone on my side. After that, I never spoke with anyone else other than Michael, as he had all the necessary conversations with all involved parties for me. I used my chiropractor to provide therapy, which made me feel in control of my case. Michael was always straightforward and clear on what needed to be done. Very efficient and even fought for a higher settlement than was offered and got me more money! Even months after my case was settled, Michael still helped me with an issue I had with my insurance without any charge. Susan was also super sweet and helpful! They were a great team, and I would use them again.

In my 31 years of life I never been in a car accident. I didn’t know what to do or expect. A few years back I was given the opportunity to be represented by Mr. Michael Waks, my husband had a personal injury case from a commercial vehicle accident. 27 Months ago my beautiful daughter was a passenger in a horrific car accident in which she lost her life. My husband, son and I have tried to learn how to live life without her.
