RUN from this law firm as fast as you can! They passed me off to a paralegal who seemed really over-worked and stressed out. He would call me and actually yell at me. They kept me in the dark about happenings with my case. Then to have the 'owner' of the company call me and make very serious accusations about his presumed ideas of my life choices and acting as though I was the the one at fault. They made me feel like I was the one that caused the drunk driver to slam into the back of my rideshare and basically told me they didn't have time for my case and tried to pass me off to another law firm with which they are affiliated. Obviously, that seemed very untrustworthy to me; so, I had to go out and find another lawyer whilst already dealing with a lot. They made the experience much worse but still got money off my case since I started with them. All of this while in major pain and having to trek all over Los Angeles to doctor appointments. Doesn't even deserve one star from my experience.
