No words just not happy with them at all

Very unprofessional law firm… “if you dont win, you dont pay” lol yeah people dont buy this! Even if you win you are still billed for medical bills when they supposedly have payed for the medical bills after law suit is settled! They also dont communicate with you! You need to be the one contacting them and sometimes they dont answer or just send you to their voice mails! Iam for sure not recommending anybody to this law firm!

I don’t recommend this attorneys office, waited two years just to tell us they couldn’t help me and my spouse.

1. Use discernment when making a decision 2. A settlement will take approximately 1 year and 3 months to get to you. 3.After a year, it’s 45% before medical expenses 4. They can be very rude and will tell little white lies and lies of omission that may be detrimental to you but small to them. 5. The rental company I used during the time of my accident sent money a long while ago. And when they did, I’m the one that brought it up 6. Out of a $31,000 settlement, I received $8,050.31 7. Disbursement after settlement can still take up to 4-6 weeks. 8. Simply do research before making a decision, it’s nice when you call and someone jumps on helping you. However, my case was transferred many times, communication after taking my case was very poor, and it’s just honestly more professional and dependable ways to get your business handled. Definitely wouldn't recommend I absolutely can't wait till my cases closes. Highly do your research on law firms before making a selection. This is one law firm that definitely drags their feet, lacks communication,I feel like I have had to do most of the case managers work for my case to get going. There is truly a lot I can speak on of just how horrible this firm is. Seems like no cases close out in under a year as well as they do not go after top dollar with the excuse of the wrongful driver etc will file bankruptcy. They only go after max policy amount so if a driver has a 30k policy that is what they go after you'll be paid out what's left after there 40% attorney fee as well as all medical expenses. This is regardless of the damage left to you, I am left with permanent damage at a young age that will effect me a lifetime. Update 07/18/2023 My case closed approximately 3 months ago they fought for very minimum on my mind or children. The case manager actually added them to the case last minute when I had told her in the beginning that I wanted them represented along with myself. I never got my deductible back after I was told I would be reimbursed I was actually even told it was on the way to me while when I never received it I followed back up with the case manager where I was than told that the insurance paid out all they could on property damage that the property damage went to the repair was towards vehicle repair only. They helped me to take out a loan through there partner that they told me they would help me get imbursed for as well however that was not the case the only payout I actually seen was bodily injury they took approx 40% from I ended up onky taking home close to 5k which was with the pay of my children I still need treatment and have a several bulging disc in my back my life has truly been forever changed by this accident. I would have been better off letting my insurance fight for me than getting a lawyer
