영어로만 남기려다 밑에 한국어로 남겨진 리뷰들이 보여 한인분들께서도 선택하시는데에 도움이 될것같아 한국어로도 남깁니다. 저는 이미 10년전에 다른 변호사를 통해 신청한 영주권 서류가 두번이나 거절당한 기록이 있어서 어렵고 골치아픈 케이스로 오랫동안 고통받고 있었는데 이번에 지인의 추천으로 빅토리아 변호사님을 만나고 작년에 영주권 신청을 시작해서 얼마전 9개월만에 영주권을 받았습니다! 물론 결정전에 여러군데 유명하다는 오피스들에 컨설트를 해보았지만 제 마음이 안정되는 곳이 없었는데 빅토리아 변호사님같은 경우는 변호사님을 통해 잘 해결된 지인들의 케이스도 봤고 또 제가 직접 컨설트 해보았을때 이 분야에 자신감이 있고 익숙해보이시고 모든 질문들에 당황하는 모습 없이 바로 그 자리에서 현실적이고 객관적인 답들을 주시는 모습들을 보면서 믿고 결정하게 되었습니다. 신청기간중에도 전 이미 실패 경험이 두번이나 있는지라 불안한 마음에 assistant분과 수시로 (거의 매주) 이메일 연락을 주고받았고 빅토리아 변호사님과도 두어번 예약을 잡아서 전화컨설트를 했었는데 모두 답장도 매우 빨랐고 두분 모두 진심으로 제 문제를 함께 들어주고 걱정해주고 도와주는 느낌을 받았기 때문에 클라이언트로써 기대이상으로 안심되고 위로되는 고객서비스를 받았다고 생각합니다. 앞으로도 제 주변 사람들이 법적도움이 필요하거나 제 자신이 도움이 필요할 경우 언제든지 빅토리아 변호사님을 다시 고용할 마음이 있네요- :) I have previously applied twice for the permanent resident status from a different lawyer and failed both times :(. Then, I met Victoria. I have filed my immigration application with Victoria on April 2019 and received my permanent resident card on Jan 2020! It was so fast! It would not have been possible without Victoria’s knowledge and professionalism and also her staff’s prompt response and support whenever I encountered a problem or had a question/issue with my process. Both Victoria and her assistant have been very caring and attentive when I needed a consultation down the road and they really made me feel assured and genuinely cared. 전체적인 서비스는 좋은 것 같습니다! 저는 거리가 조금 있는 곳에서 진행해서 변호사와 직접 통화하려면 스케줄을 잡는데 대부분은 당일에 먼저 연락을 받았습니다! 서류 준비 및 주의사항 같은 부분은 완벽하게 잘 챙겨 주었고 기타 궁금한 부분도 칭찬하고 정확하게 설명 해 주어서 좋습니다. 오히려 제쪽에서 조금 어렵게 되었는데도 빠른 일 처리(필요한 서류 안내, 정리)를 해주어서 잘 진행됐습니다! 서류만 빠르게 준비해서 보낼 수 있다면 이 분 적극 추천합니다!

I was referred to Victoria by my brother-in-law. My wife was in a terrible situation where she was rejected by US Customs, and was unable to enter the country. I hired Victoria to first get her visa and then her Green Card. Throughout this long and tedious process, Victoria was there every single step of the way. It is a VERY rare thing for an attorney to genuinely care about you the way Victoria does. She made herself available at all hours of the day, including weekends, and never asked for a single penny more. I definitely recommend Atty. Victoria Suh to anyone who needs help on filing immigration petitions and/or citizenship . She is definitely one of the BEST lawyers in LA! Her attention to detail and CRITICAL THINKING IS TOP NOTCH. She is very gracious with her time and will always give you the best, honest, sensible legal advise.
