I am very satisfied until now with the service they have provided. I found this place on Facebook and I compared them to the other places I went to ask about my case and this was the best option for me because of their prices and the service as well. Leonardo Albarello is the person helping me and I am very satisfied with his service , he replies when I have a question and keep following up with me on my case. This law firm was recommended to me by my family lawyer and she was right to do so. They are very diligent in how they represent you. I got a call once a week with updates on my case and was able to contact them anytime with questions regarding my case. A lot of times this meant asking how my case impacted my life and how I should move forward with it. The retainer was incredibly fair for what I have gotten out of their services. Hopefully nobody in my life needs lawyers but if they do, these guys are my first choice.

Great law office, good results and very communicative during the whole process

BEWARE.. Hiring Costen Ruiz turned out to be a mistake. I should have known when I heard another client of theirs in the law firm’s lobby complaining about how unorganized and unprofessional they were. In addition to the many last-minute cancellations I had to deal with, the attorney assigned to me, Lauren, was very rude and talked to me like I was a child. Yet, she was the one who ended up being unprepared with my case. I had to call in the owner, Jesse, just to get Lauren to stop yelling at me. That’s when the owner apologized and stated that their firm did not specialize in tenant-landlord cases like mine and didn’t feel they could offer me the representation I deserved. Then Jesse explained that they would substitute out of my case and refund my $3,500 dollars for my troubles. But within days the owner would go back on his word and suddenly claim that the firm didn’t owe me anything?? Jesse then offered to give me a total refund - but if I didn’t write a bad review about his firm. But being a man of principle, I declined his offer and instead encouraged him to keep his word and simply refund my money as promised. The firm ultimately would ghost me, so I had no choice but to place a stop payment on my credit card. If that isn’t effective, I plan to take them to court. My goal is to always be transparent for others to benefit. So I have made sure to share my experience with other organizations and platforms. I am a 100% disabled Air Force veteran, and this is my true and sworn testimony.
