This law firm is truly the best and professional. All the personal at Costen law firm are professional. They keep you updated and informed, and answer all questions or concerns you may have. If you have any concerns they do all they can to help you and guide you through all the processes. They do know all the "ins and outs" of your case and work to get you the best outcome possible. Also, the staff at Countrywide Trial Lawyers are all very professional, caring, experienced and knowledgeable. They get the best compensation from insurance companies. Shawn worked for insurance companies before, so he knows exactly what to do to get the maximum compensation for his clients. Highly recommend.

We are all here due to stressful and unfortunate financial circumstances. TAG works with your financial needs and you don't have to pay the money all up front which is a plus. Adan met with me to tell me what to expect and what information I needed and he was hilarious yet professional. I didn't feel judged nor did I feel like I had to explain myself and my financial position. Once you start the process you will be contacted by Victoria who walks you through each step. It's a LOT of paperwork but she too never made me feel judged. She is very patient and understanding that what they need will take some time and she is pretty much available to answer your questions. It takes a certain personality to handle our financial distress and she has it! It's embarrassing enough to be put in this position whether self inflicted or unforeseen circumstances but I feel like Victoria was super helpful, patient and understanding. Thank you guys for all your support during this unfortunate process!

Mario who answers the phone when you call is very rude, unprofessional & is making the process of resolving fraud in my name very difficult. I explained to him someone was linking my cell numbers & sending over personal information pretending to be me. He over talked me . I asked to speak to his Manager & he rudely told me I could not speak to anyone other than him. I now have to follow up with the state & he management needs to retrain him on professionalism or seek a new person to answer phones & resolve customer complaints. All of my accounts were comprised & the attorney group especially Mario is making the process to resolve extremely difficult!
