I recently settled my claim with this office very happy with the compensation I received. I had a great experience overall. I got injured at my work and my employer was aware of my injury but refused to send me to the clinic. As soon as I hired Cyrus office I was sent to the clinic. When I called the office I was always provided with an update and clear guide on what would be the next steps that would proceed on my case. DO NOT TRUST! I was in an accident December 2021, my car was totaled, suffered bodily injury, went through MRI’s, and attended a total of 30 chiropractor therapy sessions. Until now, I have only been contacted once by the law office and they informed me they could only offer me $3,000! Mind you, the legal minimum coverage in California is 15/30. Through nearly a year, I left multiple voicemails, called every week, and no one ever responded to me. The lawyer has yet to speak to me in person, only the assistant. Talk to any lawyer in the world and they will be shocked to hear of a $3000 settlement after a totaled car and bodily injury. I am not being compensated for the 30 hours of work I missed for chiro, this isn’t even including the commute and mileage, the chiro office they assigned to me was 45 minutes from my house! I could have just worked and earned that $3000. In the end, I lost money and this law office is receiving a huge portion of my settlement check. After a totaled car, bodily injury, nearly 60 hours of recovery, I am left in a deficit and they have gained everything.
