Mal servicio en cuanto a lo que prometen, no cumplen con lo pactado y te dan información cuando les da la gana. No hay comunicación entre sus asistentes, poco profesionales. Un cobro de $3,500 en total, de los cuales he pagado $3,000 y ya son casi 3 meses, nunca contestan ni regresan las llamadas, parece que te dan información cuando líquidas el costo total, si pides cita no te la dan y si vas sin avisar te cobran $50, si te retrasas en el pago son otros $50 todos es a favor de ellos, por ninguna razón recomiendo esta firma, solo espero que mi caso termine favorablemente. Muy decepcionada.

I'm giving them 1 star because I have no other option or else I wouldn't give them any. I was recommended by another attorney who told me how "great" they were and after reading the reviews I felt comfortable enough to hire them. I work at a law firm myself and I know every case is different and I know you won't always get the results you want. Anyway, I payed them 2,500 just to "open up an investigation" to figure out what my options were in regards to my type of case. I payed them $2,000 up front and $500 the following month. It took a little over a month to receive news which is how long I thought it would take. Then my case worker set up an appointment between me and the attorney Nadja for a Saturday and when Saturday came around they canceled on me that morning because the attorney "wasn't going to be there". Then we were supposed to reschedule and they were supposed to give me a call back and never did so I gave them a call and they were supposed to talk to the attorney to confirm, and again I didn't receive a call. I called the following week and asked them if we could just do the meeting via phone or email because it was also hard for me to go in due to my work schedule and their schedule. Finally they agreed to have the attorney give me a call, which she failed to do so until I called and told them I had been waiting for the call. I finally get the call and spoke to her and she advised me of my options and in order to move forward it would be another $2,500! I requested she send me all the paper work she had from the "investigation which I payed $2,500 for. It took over a month of me calling and requesting the paper work for me to finally receive it. When I received it and went over the paper work, I noticed they had literally send me the document I had already taken in myself and on top of that a document for a ticket which was not even under my name! How did they not notice that ticket was not mine? Is that how much attention and effort they put into my case? Overall, I am very unhappy with their service and think they are unprofessional. I can understand my case might have been complicated and more than likely I wasn't going to get the results I wanted, but at least they should have made my $2,500 worth it, especially when their investigation consisted of reviewing a document I had already taken in myself. I'm not getting my money back or my time back but I will let other know my personal experience with this law firm.

All this law firm wants is your $$$$$ This law firm will pressure you to give them as much money as possible to solve your case and at the end of the day attorneys have no idea what they’re doing. Please don’t go here .

Bad experience with them they only take your money !! Sad that had to learn the hard way

This lawfirm is only interested in $$$ and not the client. So far, very bad experience. Will change review if they turn around and do what they are supposed to do. An attorney should always be assigned to the client but when asked who the attorney was, they said that there not one assigned because they are “investigating”. Every law firm has an attorney assigned to the case not sure why they are different. They charge as if an attorney is working the case and do not disclose that in the beggining.

This place is Horrible... They never answer my calls and I just found out people that help you at the beggining aren’t even attorneys. All the other reviews are fake because Toda la Gente that goes there only speak Spanish.

I went for a criminal case and spoke with this lawyer named carl kremer, i gave him all the details in regards to my case and he gave me a lot of confidence at the beginning by saying we were going to do a lot of things and take the owner of a bar to court for a beating i received by 7 security guards, 4 months later he is completely negative and tells me to look for another lawyer as he feels there is no big money to get in regards to the lawsuit for the beating i received due to the owner not having insurance (unprofessional).. Now im concerned if i made the right choice that day to have hired them for another matter in regards to a criminal defense i have to wait for the results this month. I lost all these 4 months with this lawyer and now i have to look for another one to continue with the lawsuit.

I'm leaving 1 * but not because I want to leave any stars this has to be the worst Law Firm that I've ever been to they took my $4,000 did nothing for my son he was in court for 5 months and now they won't give me a refund and the person in charge which name is Nancy the supervisor hiding out for me I've made over 20 calls to her left or twelve messages and she doesn't seem to return my call do not be idiots and confirm with these lawyers can give him any of your money they are the worst place find somewhere else trust
