My dad is partially deaf and a couple days ago when he was coming out of work, he was crossing the street and a USPS truck hit him while trying to make a right turn. The truck tried to stop even though my dad had the green light. But he was still injured, his right shoulder was broken and his hip was damaged . He was not able to go to work nor was he able to pay the medical bills. Thank god, we found out about MoaddelKremer from a close friend. We gave them a call, they referred him to a specialist , and within a week or so, everything was covered, medical bills, and a settlement check. Great law firm overall!

Personally the best choice that I have made in seeking help from a law firm. I was recently hit by an uber driver too busy looking at his phone. I was in the hospital for about a week and two days. I kept receiving bills, and I was struggling so much to pay them. I was desperately searching and going in and out of law firms. Until I finally came across Moaddel Kremer. They helped in so many ways that you cannot imagine. I had an appointment with them, and let me tell you, they are the nicest people that I have ever met. From every question I had, every phone I call I made, every email I sent, Moaddel Kremer Law Firm answered every single one of them. I was recently hit while going for a jog by a FedEx truck at night. I was trying to catch a green light so I began building speed, but as soon as I was crossing a FedEx truck was making a right turn. I was able to jump forward saving my upper body, but sadly my left leg caught all the impact. I was at the hospital with a badly bruised leg. After that, bills began coming my way, I wasn’t able to attend work, and everything was such a mess. I recently got into a car accident trying to wait for a vehicle to get out of a parking space. As I was waiting for the person to leave that space, a car behind was closing in on me. At first I thought that maybe they were going to slow down, but they actually did not. If I would have moved my car to the front, I would have hit the car in front me. If I would have moved my car onto the left lane, I would have gotten into a much bigger car crash. All I did was wait for the impact. I was left with tremendous back pain and problems. I was not able to move my neck for weeks and the worse part was that I could not go to work. Luckily I found Moaddel Kremer, they took care of everything. A chiropractor was able to take care of my injuries, all thanks to them. My car was completely covered for all the damage that was made. Most importantly, I got my settlement check. Great firm, I would totally recommend it to friends.

I was in a Lyft with my mother, on our way to see my sister who goes to college in Riverside. When we had finally arrived, just as the driver was making a right turn, another vehicle from the opposite side was making a left turn. Long story short, we got into a pretty bad accident. Both of the drivers cars were damaged but luckily my mother and I weren’t hurt badly. I gave a call to Moaddell Kremer, and they sent us to a chiropractor, which was very helpful for both my mother and I. They called back to check up on us, and simply had wonderful service. I totally do not regret calling them. Very professional with their job.

I recently got hit by a car while riding my bike on the street. It was a late Friday night, I was going back home from a long shift at work. Of course I was on the bike lane when all of a sudden I get hit from the back. I was sent off in the air and surprisingly landed safely on a sidewalk with grass. I had minor bruises and a twisted ankle. I luckily found out about Moaddel Kremer, and I gave them a call. They sent me to special doctors, which helped me out with my injuries. I did get a check from the driver and overall everything was taken care of fairly smooth. All thanks to Moaddel Kremer.
