The positive reviews on this site or any site for that matter are 100% bogus!! When you look up lawyer jokes in the dictionary his picture is under the definition. He is a narcissist and If you don't believe me all you have to do is check out what property he owns. Nuff said.....

I was overly pleased with this lawyers performance both in court and via court documents. So much so that once the job was completed I felt as though I was somewhat at a loss for words. It seemed like a mere “Thank you” would have been too generic and insufficient. My husband and I were both very pleased with the results from the bifurcation process that we had undergone with the lawyer and we were pleased with the support and guidance that we’ve received from him and his staff throughout the process. It took a lot of frustration and stress off of our plates, enabling us to focus our energies elsewhere and we are utterly grateful to him for that. I will more than likely be in touch with him in the very near future regarding upcoming proceedings with this and other related legal matters.

The smartest person I have ever seen in legal field. He knows every detail about every single rule that may apply to the matter that you discuss with him, without any delay or even using a law reference book. HE IS AN EXTREMELY SMART ATTORNEY. I can trust him with my eyes closed. He went to a restraining order hearing matter on my behalf with a very short notice and he just got the best possible outcome. It is very important to have faith and confidence in the attorney you choose in a family matter, and Frank Fox is the one on top of it. He is very intelligent, very knowledgeable, very strong and assertive, and a respected attorney who scares the hell out of the opposing side for his in-depth and accurate utilization of law sections in every aspect of your case.

The toughest job was to find useful, intelligent attorneys who will stand by me with values, principals and integrity. No doubt all attorneys are expensive. I recalled the opposing counsel who I hated so much because Frank O. Fox and Claire S. Fox were so dam good in litigation that they wiped out my previous family law, divorce attorney. After I lost my divorce-marital case, I thought why not hire those amazingly sophisticated attorneys who my counsel hated so much because they were far beyond her and colleagues – The Law Firm Of Fox And Fox are bullet proof machines with sophisticated creativity. I retained Fox And Fox for my complex Trust matter after my parents passed away. Fox And Fox legally shot down 12 highly litigated objections, petitions and won the war against creditors, beneficiaries and siblings. The 10 opposition Trust, conservatorship, probate counsels also hated FRANK O. FOX AND CLAIRE S. FOX because Fox And Fox were legally tactical and unveiled their frivolous claims. In fact, I told Fox And Fox to sue those attorneys for writing made up reviews about them. Thank you Fox And Fox for your diligent work and yet still having rare values in your practice.

10 years ago, I hired Fox And Fox for my divorce. It was an ugly divorce which lasted 4 years. My former wife's and her attorney's goal was to deplete my assets by relentlessly litigating everything. She even tried to gain sole custody of our daughter and concurrently obtain a kick-out order against me from my house. The divorce battle was damaging to my health and I simply was drained monetarily and emotionally. After going through 5 attorneys, I was referred to Fox And Fox. Frank and Claire saved me from misery; they, who work amazingly together, changed the litigation game; I won back my child and was awarded primary custody of my daughter; I was able to kick-out my former spouse from my house - this was a new release on my life; and spousal support was reduced because Frank and Claire Fox uncovered her true earnings which she concealed during our marital action. 3 years ago, I hired them, again, after my parents passed away and I was the designated trustee of their Trust; the beneficiaries challenged me by jointly filing a petition to remove me and requested that I be surcharged. They made false claims that I had mismanaged trust funds; I had manipulated my parents and unduly influenced them to modify their Trust; I had commingled funds and stole them. I was shattered by the beneficiaries' claims. The beneficiaries attempted to set aside the Trust. Claire and Frank Fox, again, changed the litigation game, and aggressively defended me. It was a mess and they provided the defense I needed. Thanks to Fox And Fox, I am still the trustee

I almost lost all of my property due to a divorce in which I did not have my spouse sign a prenuptial agreement. I contacted Fox and Fox Law Firm, and Frank O. Fox helped me through the process guaranteeing that I do not have to forfeit half of my property. We were able to work out a deal that made me and my ex-wife happy. I just want to say they are a great team of lawyers!

The Law Firm Of Fox And Fox produces excellent quality work and wins cases; their legal strategic moves are unorthodox and non-political. In my opinion, based on my experience with them, this makes most practitioners and opposing sides “angry” because they could not (cannot) benefit from Fox’ brilliance in practice and mind.

I allege violations of First Amendment rights . Fox is deliberately misleading in all aspects. I would not recommend him at all.

In 1999 my mother approached the law firm of Fox & Fox who she then engaged to draw up a Will and a Living Trust document for her. In 2000 she wrote to Fox & Fox demanding that they send her the original documents, which they duly did. In 2001 my mother died and I became Trustee/Executor of her estate. Within a couple of months of our mother's passing my siblings hired Frank O Fox to petition the court to have me removed as Trustee/Executor of the estate. The charges amounted to no more than baseless allegations, reams of paper, but no evidence. As such, they -my siblings and Frank O Fox- were beaten before they struck the P in Petition. However, the judge, Thomas Stoever- the newly appointed supervisor of the probate department with "very little experience in probate," - 'gave control' of my mother's estate to Fox and his clients. After some three years of to-ing and fro-ing Frank Fox committed what I can only describe as an act of legal suicide. Not knowing that I had a degree in maths he sent me fraudulent accounts replete with omissions and inaccuracies. Most significantly, there was a charge of misappropriation of funds and a cancelled cheque which should not have been there. To add insult to injury there was even a threat to take me to court if documents were not signed. For the past 7 years I've been trying to get the State Bar Council to look into the matter, I've even written to the Board of Governors, and the Governor of California, to no avail. I've recently read an article from 2005 by Dan Evans entitled: "Woman defeats lawyer's lien for fees" which seems to suggest to me that in 2009 we are still having problems with Frank Fox. Something needs to be done about this man. When saying so, I think it outrageous that Frank O Fox is still allowed to practice law in LA. From my own experience one word sums up Frank O Fox: charlatan.

PLEASE; READ RETAINER AGREEMENT FIRST, I DO NOT RECOMMEND I AM A DIVORCE CLIENT AND I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICES OR RATES. I FELT I WAS OVERCHARGE, THE RETAINER WAS SMALL AT FIRST BUT THEN ADDED UP TO BE IN EXCESS OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
