I was driving straight at Chelsea when a car immediately came out of no where and I wasn’t able to stop and I crashed into it. It was a terrifying experience for me, leaving me in pain with injuries to my back and right shoulder. I was so concerned about a personal injury claim, especially when I haven’t concluded my medical treatment. I continue to suffer pain in my back and right shoulder, and this has affected my mental health. I demanded an explanation from my defendant and she was quick and liable in responding to it. In December last year, I was referred to a rehab center for treatment, examination and consultation regarding my injuries. Based on the results of the final examination, I had “restricted ranges of motion in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal regions as well as right shoulder”. My injuries tend to “occasionally exacerbate due to the altered biomechanics and fibrotic residuals remaining in the injured areas.” Well… whatever that means, the bottomline was I had to undergo weeks of physical therapy and injections . I was also on the lookout for someone who would offer me help after that serious accident. The insurance company was quite difficult to convince, so calling Beverly Law was the best decision for me. Their experience, expertise and service exceeded my expectations on a whole new level. Cynthia and her staff are very good at what they do. I can see and tell from my experience that they enjoy their job, too! They are very compassionate and hard working. Michael alone was very understanding and helpful even during the first time I communicated with him. The rest of the staff at Beverly Law were helpful and friendly as well. They were responsive to my texts or emails I sent or questions I asked. Throughout the days after the accident, Beverly Law kept me informed and had my best interests through gathering all information that is needed. Michael, Cynthia and Kristine made sure I wasn’t only compensated well through my accident insurance claims; they didn’t make any unnecessary decisions with regards to the approval of these settlements. They looked after me and were so courteous when they gave me advice. I felt like I was at the lowest point of my life while in therapy, but the people at Beverly Law saved my life! Michael and Cynthia went above and beyond everything else when it comes to my case. Cynthia is great!!!!!!!!!! She was very attentive to my needs. They tirelessly worked to make sure that the law was in our favor. Their dedication, skills and talent gave me a renewed sense of hope that my case would end on a highly positive note. I cannot convey enough words as I write this, but I am ETERNALLY THANKFUL for the amazing legal work Beverly Law did on my behalf. They continually took the time in providing me the implications of personal injury matters. They made sure my needs were met properly. I was rear ended on the freeway. The accident happened between 1 and 2 PM and this caused me injuries in the head, neck, shoulders, back and arms. This experience has been a stellar one! Within a shorter time period, they were able to get me the maximum settlement that is possible and they were always available to my needs through text, phone calls or email. I don’t write reviews but I was able to find time to write one for Beverly Law because of the experience I had with them. They made a tremendous difference for me and all throughout the whole experience which was a pleasant one. They sent me to the right chiropractor and doctors. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my case and the kind of service I received during the whole process. Michael was a strong advocate and negotiator who definitely had the best interests of his clients at heart. With the help of Cynthia, Ann and Cris, he walked me through the whole process as well as the best ways in handling my situation. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and this reflects on how they really cared about my case and how excellent they were in doing their job every single day. Without them, I would have been living in so much pain along with the reasonable financial concerns their expertise mitigated.
