I was involved in a car accident on September 15, 2022, I was a restrained driver of a 2007 Toyota Yati that was slowing down on the street due to traffic when it suddenly and unexpectedly was rear-ended by a Ford F150. Upon the impact, I suffered acceleration/deceleration injuries to my neck, mid back, and lower back. I was violently jolted inside my vehicle. However, I did not lose consciousness. I was horrified and very nervous right after the collision. After the accident, I was transported via ambulance to Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health Park, where I was examined, images performed, prescribed medication, and released. Since the incident, I never felt comfortable ever again. I was devastated that my car was at a total loss and it was towed to the repair shop. Then one day, as I scrolled through my TikTok I saw this personal injury law firm and messaged them, they asked for my phone number and called me once my case was accepted. I waited and eventually, I received a phone call from one of their intake specialists. They explained to me the process and told me about the settlement and other processes. As soon as I agreed to what they had mentioned, they emailed me the agreement and signed it. After that, they immediately sent me and scheduled me to the chiropractic clinic. I attended this treatment and had hot packs, cold packs, massage, traction, ultrasound, exercise, myofascial therapy, infrared, manual therapy, and physical therapy. Aside from that I also had an MRI of my cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. I also had an X-ray image of my neck. Due to the persistent pain, I was also sent to the spine expert to see why I was having so much pain because they told me my pain levels were not normal. After I was checked, I was advised to continue with my chiro and PT therapy and was not qualified for an injection or surgery. I was consistent with my therapy, had a positive attitude, and found it beneficial. I may have suffered from my injuries but I continued my life accordingly. The accident had a slight negative impact on my life. I may have lived my life at ease but it wasn't easy. The Beverly Law made it easier and I was happy. I was able to focus on my recovery and treatment because of them. It's been two years since the accident happened but I can still remember how horrible that was. Thankful to this very rightful team! I never doubted and am very grateful for your assistance. You have offered me the best treatments for my injuries and successfully able to recover from the pain.
