Their cool

Michael is the attorney to get! He and his team made sure that everything I asked for I got and more. I was in a very bad car accident that was not my fault and without their help, I don’t know where I would be. Their case manager and the whole team made sure that I was kept informed throughout the whole process even if it was something small. My case manager Sasha and Martha helped me with any questions I had and kept their phones on at any time of day. Highly recommended!!!

I appreciate you keeping everything so organized and being a kind face every time I visited the office. My back had been badly injured, and though I’m a person who usually lets things heal on their own (I hate the doctors office), the pain I was experiencing was too bad for me to ignore. After going to multiple doctors and getting very little help from my insurance company, I knew I needed a lawyer. Getting into a motorcycle accident is not on anyone’s to-do list, so when I got into mine I was nowhere near prepared for what came next. I had luckily taken all the necessary precautions to try and prevent death in the event of an accident but there was no avoiding injury when I was hit from behind and flung off of my bike. My work laptop was completely decimated by the impact with the pavement and the backpack that had been carrying it was torn apart. I came out with not only a concussion and road rash but with multiple broken and fractured bones. My helmet, moto jacket, and riding pants had saved my life but there was sadly no saving my bike. From the accident to actually being paid out , it took almost 2 and a half years! When I first started this process, I had no concept of how long it would take because I had never been through anything like this before and that led me to feel really impatient throughout most of this situation. Being contacted by the team of people working on my case consistently, really helped to keep me in the loop. While driving for Uber I was rear-ended and had no clue what to do. Driving for Uber was a simple way to make ends meet for me. However, the accident left me with severe injuries to my neck and back and also totaled my car. Having Beverly Law on my side changed everything after my accident. It was hard to get the strength to fight back after being involved in a truck accident. My body was in pain (specifically my back) and my insurance company was not offering me fair compensation for recovery. There was no way I would be able to go back to living a normal life without medical treatment and though they covered the cost of my car they weren’t offering me much more than that! This is when I started looking into legal representation. I got in contact with Michael after reading through multiple yelp reviews of lawyers in my area. I figured I would give him a call and see if he could help me. He answered the phone so quickly it was like he was expecting me.
