Worst experience with their representative (a woman from argentina) ... two hours in traffic so after waiting for an hour at their office would tell us what she could of said over the phone... no.. ReAlly??? We literally sat in her desk 1 minute...Why make people come in for something you already know and is incorrect by the way! Rude

I am peaved because Michael Shemtoub is trying to cheat me out of my PAY! My salaried not hourly pay structure was Monday thru Friday from 7AM-7PM including a 1 hour lunch for $10K pesos every two weeks! That would equal $1,000.00 MX pesos every payday. If unfair to their employees, imagine clients? The things he has told me about how he has withheld potential lawsuits from becoming higher paid lawsuits and how he was able to assure the client wasn't getting 1/3 of the winnings with added fee's and necessities! You should ask to see a copy of your file in writing to make sure you received what you were entitled too! He is cheating and mistreating his Remote employees in Mexico and the Philippines, these are the people that work on your cases, these are the account managers, I was one Joaquin Cano. I live in the country of Mexico!

This is the worst law firm. They don't notify you with any up dates regarding your case or any change of the people that are handling your case,referring to case managers. It doesn't feel like they are fighting for me.

Stay away from Baruch Cohen if you don't want to lose all your money. Most dishonest and unethical. Steels from his clients.

I would not recommend Baruch Cohen as a personal injury lawyer. My beliefs are so strong regarding the ways that Baruch Cohen was deficient that I actually did a Google Presentation titled How To Not Run Over Your Clients Twice in which I discuss Baruch and his partner. You can search it on Google Plus and read it for yourself. In 2011 my boyfriend hired Mr. Cohen and his partner Roy Huntsman as personal injury lawyers after my boyfriend was hit by a minivan while riding his motorcycle. Court cases are never unstressful or fun but in my opinion there were specific things that Baruch Cohen did not do that, had he and his partner done them, would have lead to a better experience and a better outcome for my boyfriend. It is my belief that Baruch Cohen overpromised and did not manage client expectations. It is my belief that Baruch Cohen did not do the research necessary for the case. I really feel that Baruch Cohen did not educate himself about new and upcoming legislation and, in his ignorance, was advocating that my boyfriend leave tens of thousands of dollars on the table. I was really surprised that a personal injury lawyer like Baruch Cohen was unable to recommend an orthopedic surgeon specialist for my boyfriend.
