Five Stars! (Highly Recommended!) I'm incredibly grateful to this law firm for successfully appealing my I-485 case after other firms failed me. My case, a family-based immigration petition, seemed straightforward, yet my previous attorney's carelessness caused a denial. They made mistakes with paperwork and misunderstood tax document requirements (W-2s and 1099s). After the I-485 denial, they even suggested refiling, which wouldn't have addressed the root cause. I called this law firm and spoke to attorney Mr. Park: His expertise led him to file an I-290B appeal, requesting USCIS to reopen my closed case. Within two months, my case was approved! Andrew Park is one of the most honest and knowledgeable person I've come to know, he got my immigration case approved so quickly! We first met him in his office October 2023, told us what we needed and he told us our case would be quick, we liked his attitude, his confidence is why we stayed with him!!! Super grateful that we found this law office! Andrew is knowledgeable kind and most of all honest. He was supportive and didn’t sugar coat or beat around the bush about the possible negative or hard to hear parts of our petition process. *Story time* Initially we started the immigration process with a different lawyer. She was super nice but was flaky, extremely hard to reach and absentminded when it came to the specifics of our case. She seemed to be simply too busy and that made us very uneasy. We didn’t want to risk our case with a lawyer who couldn’t remember our names so we went on the hunt for another lawyer and very quickly found Andrew.
