Hi there I just wanted to say that your client Ashley your employer is a very nice person to talk with she has helped me a lot with my issues. Now I can say this I have spoken with a lot of people from different law firms and they give me the runaround but when I reached out to this Law Firm Beverly Law Firm very very nice Ashley is a wonderful person you may tell her thank you very much for what she has done she has helped me a lot and please by all means you cannot find good people these days to help you out especially in a hard time of being depressed and stressed out but Ashley now that is a one-of-a-kind person she called she helped me through the day help me a lot thank you very much Ashley

I was recommended to Vivian by my friends who obtained their green card, so far I have liked their services, they always stay on top of everything and the firm is very professional.

Even when the case was closed, Veronica was still working on the settlement and able to somehow come up with more settlement funds for me. What I really appreciated was the genuine effort she made. Definitely made me feel a lot better.

Okay, (delete) previous review.... I had initially started a review for a 4☆ review, but upon reviewing how everything happened for me I personally can't honestly write a 4☆ review. I'll tell you why though. First let's get this out of the way. They did squash my bench warrant and show up for my arraignment where the case was dismissed. And, if I stopped there that would seem like a 4☆ worthy post, but that cuts off a lot that I think if I was reading a review I'd want to know. For example the first "attorney" I spoke with about my case and told me things I already knew but said it with conviction as if he had done it multiple times, except he wasn't an attorney. He was referred to as something like a "manager". To be fair at no time did he claim to be an attorney, but due to the manner of interaction it kind of felt kind of like I was supposed to believe he was the attorney I'd be hiring. Well...... okay so he wasn't technically the attorney on my case. So, that wasn't a huge deal, i guess, just kind of threw me off talking to this person not sure about if you should have to hire anyone and then decide you will hire the person you spoke with. Which made for a rocky start, especially given that i had to call back 3 times in order, either for him to get the message or to have him call me back. Which, actually now that I'm thinking about it. It was my wife that actually got ahold of him and I was finally a able to speak to him about hiring. I spoke with this guy all the way up until contracts were signed, and then I find it he WAS NOT,even, the attorney. So now that I write this, my 3☆ might change. But fine whatever the next person I speak with will in fact be the attorney, correct? No, it was a paralegal. But she said she'll provide me with the name of my attorney and I asked to hold on so I could grab a pen to write the name down. At which point she helpfully offered to send me an email which would introduction to the "team that would be working on my case". I waited after the call to get the email, all of that day. I shortly realized the weekend was here so it was a long weekend waiting to find out who my team was. I call I sent a couple emails due to what was posted in another review (I'm not even sure if the review is accurate)but I couldn't afford to risk the possibility of phone calls potentially adding to the cost. If i remember right there was mention in n the contract that lead me to believe the post i read on her was accurate. In any case, i waited all weekend and was hoping to finally speak with my attorney come Monday just so I cloud vette them a bit and make sure they understood my case, as well as clarify something the paralegal said that had me extremely confused. The next time I even heard from them was a Fri. again another weekend waiting on pins and needles for information. This time telling me i have a court date the coming Wednesday and if I do/do not have to be there. They'd let me know ASAP. No call, so I tried contacting them a couple of times. Then i waited for a response,Wednesday came. I wasn't even sure if I was supposed to be at court or not. They finally called on Wednesday to inform me the case had in fact been dismissed. Solider I said if I left it at the results, one would say 4 or 5☆ review, but given all of the difficulty trying to figure out which was was up and still never even met or knew my attorney's name, and I'm still unsure as to many aspects about what I am almost certain was an unconstitutional illegal stop, Which was a big reason I hired an attorney. I feel 3☆ is probably too high from my point of view and too low from theirs. So I guess it's going to be that for now or until my wife weighs in and let's me know if I have forgotten or missed anything. CM
