After my father went through a traumatic motorcycle accident. Our family needed a good attorney to go to. My parents were ready to go for one of those infomercials that start off with “Have you or someone you love been injured in a motorcycle accident?” My dad was wrongfully injured and as his daughter, I needed to research and find the BEST law firm that will not only take his case, but treat him like family. I didn’t want him to get taken advantage of. I narrowed my search down to 3 potential law firms. Brian Breiter had the best 5 star reviews on all 3 platforms. What I particularly liked about him was his ability to empathize and connect with families. We decided to give him a try and sure enough those 5 star reviews were true. He took the time and effort to drive from LA to Carson, California (we are all aware of 405 traffic) and he met my family in the hospital to give us a better understanding about how the whole process works. This was something he could’ve easily had an intern do over the phone, but this definitely shows his character. The case continued through the COVID19 pandemic when the whole country shutdown, but Attorney Breiter didn’t miss a beat! He continued to fight and push for my dads case. All while keeping my parents calm , collective, and patient during the process. He even took necessary steps for convenience due to a slight language barrier. My dad was born in the Philippines so English isn’t his first language. If I could give the this law firm 11 stars I would! Thank you for all your support.

After my husband accident we do not have any idea who to turn to. My daughter looks online and choice a law firm with a good review. Atty Brian visit us in the hospital right away, not knowing if we have a good case or not. Since I was 18, I am already the main provider for my family. I never had anyone to turn to, if I needed help for myself but to God. Atty. Brian is a God sent. He answered all my prayers, in spite of covid19 virus, my husband and I always turn to Atty Brians office for help, They are not only our lawyers but become my parents, my confidant and my best friend. I can still hear the voice of Atty Jeff, the same day, I called. I can still hear the voice of Atty Brian, one week before the trial, upset but with confident and sincerity, quote “they did not bring enough money to pay you! 3 days before the trial, Atty Brian, said, quote “they made an offer, but give me 30 minutes, I’m sure I can negotiate for more. Those are the words I heard from my lawyer that I will never forget and will forever be grateful.
