SUPER HERO SERVICE! All I have to say is, these guys are superstars! My car got totaled last year and they not only helped me deal with my insurance company on getting it fully paid off, they got me to see some specialist for my back and neck injuries. I couldn't be more happy with my multi-figure settlement, and they took compassion and thoughtfulness of my unique situation very seriously. Brian Breiter and his team were there for me through one of the toughest times of my life! I was enjoying my new life in Los Angeles after moving from Louisiana when my life changed drastically. In 2016, I was struck by a car while riding my bicycle. I sustained significant injuries to my neck, back, and knee. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was sent home with a knee brace, crutches and pain meds. The next morning I woke up in a tremendous amount of pain, I could hardly move or turn over without crying. It was the worst pain I had ever felt! My sister searched for lawyers to take on my case and she came across The Law Offices of Brian Breiter. After meeting with Brian and his team, I was so confident and 100% sure that I had made the right decision to hire his firm. Upon our first meeting I could tell that Brian and his team were very caring and passionate about the cases and their clients. Any questions I had, they were willing to answer in great detail and with honesty. They made sure I received treatment by some of the best doctors and physical therapists in Los Angeles. They took care of any upfront medical bills as well. Everyone at Brian’s office is pleasant and Mark is truly one of the nicest, most genuine and helpful people I have met. He was always there to listen to any worries or concerns I had, even if he wasn't in the office I was able to reach him by cell. Mark and I would speak regularly to discuss any updates, upcoming appointments and the overall status of my case. Unfortunately, a few months after the accident I lost my job. I was very distraught! At the time, I was an emotional wreck. Everything went downhill from there! I couldn’t afford to pay my bills, struggled to make ends meet and was on the verge of losing my apartment. I called the office and spoke to Mark about my circumstance, he sent me an advanced check to help me get back on my feet. I was truly grateful! I have been through so much these past three years, things most people couldn't even imagine. When an accident happens you don't know how much it will affect your life. It's truly a life changing event that can have a major impact for years to come. I for sure didn't expect my life to change as much as it has. I didn't think I would lose my job and be without work, or suffer life changing injuries, emotional distress and depression all at once. I still live with some of the physical pain caused by my accident. When I look back at everything that has happened in the past three years, one thing I can say for sure is that I do not know if I would be as resilient as I am if I had not had an amazing team to help support me through this. Brian and Mark would always encourage me to hang in there when I felt like things were unbearable. As I type this review, I can hear Brian saying “this is not a race, it's a marathon”. It truly was a journey! And Brian and his team fought for me until the very end! Once the case settled they were able to get my medical bills reduced to a great amount. They have worked hard since day one and have helped support me through some of my worst times! I now consider them family and honestly could not have asked for a better team! Brian is very passionate and precise attorney. I got 7 fractures from the accident and my body was getting worse and worse each day. I have no legal knowledge and he helped me out. My friend found him with 5 stars reviews in various websites and recommended me to contact him at the first. He immediately went to the building where I got injured and got extra evidences by taking several pics which I haven't thought about the importance. I believe this weighed on my side a lot. Thereafter, he geniunely worked very hard for me with Mark. They timely responded my questions all the time and let me have trust and patience with them. They also well explained the timeline and the range of maximum and minimum I can get from the lawsuit. The case is settled and I got fully satisfied with the result. I highly recommend them to you! 5 stars for Brian Breiter and company! While waiting at a dead stop at a crosswalk I was rearended and pushed 50+ feet! Clearly the other drivers fault. I was left in pain and sustained injuries making it difficult to walk. I couldn't even go to work for a week and since my job involves lots of lifting I had to be on modified duty upon return to work. After this experience I just wanted to get a new car, get paid for my minimal medical expenses, and for my week of missed work. I tried to work with the insurance company who were willing to pay for the car but nothing else. They kept giving me the run-around. All I wanted was to get paid for the money lost and move on with my life in spite of my continued back and leg pain. After trying to work with the insurance company for weeks I decided I needed to get legal help. That's when I found Brian Britner. He was happy to take my call and speak with me at length about what happened. He then had me come in and meet him and Mark (the lawyer assigned to my case). We went over the events using model cars and then got down to the case. What really came through was their genuine concern for me and my well being. Seeing that I was clearly still injured and in pain they assisted me to find a qualified orthopedic doctor and a physical therapist. After several months my pain was mostly gone but the insurance was still being difficult but now I had a lawyer on my side! After several months the insurance company finally paid up but instead of the bare minimum (which I had originally asked for) Brain and Mark made sure that I got the maximum covered payout! This covered all my expenses and left me with a big check that I deposited directly to my daughters college fund! Without theses guys I would have been severely underpaid and worse yet I probably would've have gotten the medical care I needed to heal properly and reduce my pain. Brain and Mark are lawyers that care! I want to say an additional thanks to Mark who on multiple phone conversations always kept me informed and patiently explained the process. I am so thankful. These guys made a bad situation better

I hired Michael from Beverly Law as my Attorney, and all I could say is he delivered what he promised. The firm took care of me and got me the amount I asked for and a bit more! I was able to communicate with them through email and phone messages and they made sure I was satisfied at the end. Jessica Jamis was my case manager assigned and she was GREAT! There aren't enough words to say just how great Brian and his team are. They were able to help my wife and I during a difficult time and were so patient throughout the process, explaining the next steps, and letting us know what to expect. They never made us feel like we were bothering them and spoke to us for as long as we needed, and they were very available. My brother was killed by a hit an run driver.. driver was identified had insurance but these people told me my case was to difficult.. lol wow I've never heard that before from a top attorney.. you have some nerve to say you or your firm never spoke to me about such claim.. so that MR DIAMOND THAT I SPOKE WITH IS A NON EXISTENT PERSON... LOL HE SAID HIS PARTNER DECIDED TO PASS ON MY CASE BECAUSE ITS TO DIFFICULT.. CALL ME A LIAR..

michael shamtoub ruined my case. the other driver addmited guilt and offered to pay for my car damages at the sceen. i went with this law office after they signed me up they destroyed my case to nothing.

When I got hit by a box truck while bicycling, I was out of sorts in a number of ways (mentally and physically); my roommate advised that I contact Brian Breiter immediately, and I am glad I did. It took over 4 years to settle, and at every step of the way, Brian and his team handled everything professionally and with care. And the care felt genuine, not saccharine, as might be the case with many people dealing with countless personal injuries. The contract was very clear and straightforward, with no fine print or hidden fees. What struck me most of all was the integrity of Brian and everyone I interacted with in his firm. Often times, Personal Injury law firms get a bad rap of being sleazy and profiting off of other people’s misfortune. I had initially thought about not having a lawyer at all, but in retrospect I wouldn’t have been able to represent myself in a case where the defendant would try to cut every corner, meanwhile undertaking the arduous process of healing. “Be honest”, he would tell me, there is no need to exaggerate (as some people might be tempted to do when in this position), making it clear to me that Brian and his team were to be trusted. I could also tell that the team was well respected by their colleagues in the law business, from the interactions I witnessed. Also, he never made me do anything, he could give me his honest opinion on how to proceed, but ultimately each decision was mine to make. These are all qualities I would tell anyone who is looking for a personal injury lawyer to look for, but then if you are still reading this review, you might not need to look any further.

In July of 2016, while I was in at a personal crossroads and going thru a particularly hard time in my life, I was rear ended by a drunk driver. If you're lucky enough to have never been struck by another vehicle, let me tell you-- it is one of the most terrifying experiences one could have the misfortune of going thru. After regaining my composure the best I could all things considered, I got out of my car and proceeded to watch the driver slowly back out of what used to be my bumper, and drive away. I was left completely in shock and unsure of how to proceed. Law enforcement showed up and assisted to a degree, but it wasn't until the next day that the true help showed up. Beverly Law gave me high hope when signing on my personal auto injury case back in 2017. Michael Shemtoub promised to handle my case to the end and the sales pitch was amazing. My case is a solid case to prevail, where my car was hit by another care and everything was recorded by my dash camera video. I gathered and sent in all my evidence and medical treatment record. The other party admitted fault and everything is more than easy. But the communication from Beverly Law Firm is awful, I had to wait for many months before they informed me the progress. Guess what, after 1 year and 11 months (only 1 month away from 2 years statute of limitations), I suddenly receive an email saying that they dropped my case today. Haha, baiting customer in at first, wasting customer's time, and ruining my case. I think this law firm is basically an scam, please never work with this law firm! This will happen to you!
