They will take your money then give you the runarounds for years when you first get their they will seem very attentive but trust me one you pay them you become a burden and will be told the lawyer will call you back but weeks will turn to months then the months to years i cant believe they can get away with stealing peoples hard earned money they are the worst

I had the privilege of having Erika Vargas representing me, what a great treat. Her supporting staff, including Fernando Luzan were right on.
You get hurt at work you need someone to have your back. They certainly had mine!!!!
You do not need to belong to a union for the help.
Protect yourself...your worth it! They did all the grunt work.

This is the worst worker’s compensation law firm! I had a lawyer Steve Scardino that did not know what he was doing! Not only did he go against my wishes, I had to tell him how to handle my claim to receive more funds. We finally settled, and the the insurance has failed to pay me and Steve Scardino has failed to communicate with the insurance company to demand payment or face additional penalties! I have communicate with the insurance company myself! This has been the worst day experience ever! Do yourself a favor and find another firm to work with!
