The receptionist Leticia is very rude. We are clients and whenever we call she never seems to have a good attitude. I just finished speaking to her and she rudely told me she can't help me. I asked for someone else to speak to and she kept cutting me off. We pay money to this firm so that they can help us and not so that they can be rude to us. I will be looking elsewhere so that i can hire any other law firm but I refuse to continue paying when I all get from the receptionist is bad attitude! I am so disappointed and to keep in mind I myself have been employed by big companies to work as receptionist and in customer care, honestly bad attitude isn't appreciated anywhere and can only get you into trouble and make your company look very bad. I will never recommend anyone to this firm just because of Leticia's bad attitude towards clients.

Adam and Ron stuck by me for five years. He even got hen I was freaking out. I have recommended Adam to several coworkers and all have used him. Hopefully, I will never need his services again but if I do then I will be sure to call.
