Gracias a una asistente muy competente llamada avelina y el abogado Robert Klein . Su profesionalismo y atención me llevo a confiar y seguir las indicaciones para llevar un buen caso al servicio de inmigración. cualquier trámite que empiece . debe comprender que el servicio de migración está colapsado y todo trámite es lento . Es una ansiedad querer que se resuelva el caso de uno en el menor tiempo posible , pero la paciencia es fundamental. Doy 5 estrellas por Avelina y Robert Klein estás dos personas me devolvieron la fe y confianza , de que hay personas muy profesionales trabajando para esta firma . Atte Francisco peredo .

OJALA SE PUDIERAN DAR 0 ESTRELLAS. Por favor no vengan aquí. Como mucha gente a escrito, estas personas solo le roban a uno su tiempo y dinero. TODOS son ineficientes. A mi personalmente me hicieron firmar un contrato bajo mentiras y falsas ilusiones y cuando se les pagó todo el dinero, desaparecieron. Cuando yo intente hablarles se me hizo increíblemente difícil hablar con alguien hasta que tuve que ir personalmente a la oficina y me dijeron que tenían que hacer una apelación a mi caso y tenia que pagar más dinero cuando según la apelación ya se había hecho desde hace 6 meses. IF ONLY I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. PLEASE don't come here. I wish I had read the reviews before signing a contest with them because like so many people have said, they are scammers. They literally just take your money and dip. I signed a contract under false pretenses and when I asked what was happening the began acting confused. Once everything was paid for, they stopped reaching out to me and answering my calls. I had to beg them to reach out to me and keep me updated on what was going on. Multiple times!! I had to personally go down to the office where they told me they had to do an appeal on my case and wanted when they had told me 6 months ago that they had already submitted an appeal. Save your time and your money. This place is a joke.

This Law Firm is trash at its finest. Please do not give any money to these people. Don’t ignore all the red flags from this place. They begged for a deposit that I didn’t even have at the time I pulled strings to be able to pay that money and after I gave them a deposit to start my case, They went MIA they didn’t answer my calls I DID NOT even get a payment plan or anyone who was going to be assigned to my case. After not paying the next month due to not even having a payment plan set, They closed my file and Stole my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM. Don’t even think about it just walk away save yourself the time and money. Don’t put your trust into people like this. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I didn’t have to.

Jane Oak and Associates are extremely professional. They were very responsive and always kept me informed about my case. Their guidance throughout the process of my green card and now my citizenship made it easy and less stressful. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough.

We had an amazing experience working with the team (primarily Christina and Jane) here to get my green card. We really appreciated how organized and communicative they were throughout the entire process; they kept us in the loop and were consistently on top of things. Furthermore, they were prompt in responding to our questions, went out of their way to solve issues that arose with minimal disruption to us, and ensured we were completely prepared for our interview (even though we were late setting up an appointment, Christina went out of her way to make sure we were prepared). They were not only professional and capable, but also compassionate and patient - it was a great feeling to be able to trust that they would handle our case well and with our best interests in mind.

I would give zero stars if I could. Run, do not walk, RUN from this firm Moaddell is a "mill" law firm. What that means is that they try to present a good appearance to attract a high volume of clients and their money (and do nothing for your case but ask you for more money, and threaten you that if you don't give them more money you will "probably end up in jail or having to use a public defender"(Instead of hiring another attorney which I did easily and had terrific results once I had a real attorney on the case.) Moaddell will try to lure you in with stories of their case "successes"( that do not exist, are made up,) and their shiny office furniture, and the few positive "reviews" you can find on them (the positive reviews are written by employees of moaddell and are not genuine.) A complete scam to hook you into giving them your money, with increasingly higher demands for more money "or else", while they pretend they are "working" on your case and actually doing NOTHING on your case. Their goal is to present as if they are concerned to get your money then you will never have anyone working on your case just calling and asking you for more money or putting things off over and over again. I was a innocent person who found myself falsely accused and had no experience with the criminal justice system. I made the mistake of hiring this slick talking scam mill law firm and wasted tens of thousands of dollars on them and a year of stress and worry before I hired a real attorney who had my case completely dismissed in less than a month even during covid. Run. Do not walk, RUN away from moaddell "law" firm. They are a "mill" law firm and care about getting your money and doing nothing as far as your case. Definitely read not just the fake positive reviews posted by their employees but the overwhelmingly negative real reviews from people they have cycled through their mill and taken their money and done no work. Definitetly go to glass door or Indeed and read the reviews from current and past employees who explain what this scam mill law firm is all about. Fyi: The judges all think they are a joke, the judges all know they are a "mill" law firm, so if you are represented by them you can count on not having a good outcome.
