After Two years I am finally gaining the courage to write this review in memory of my Late Husband's Memory(6 months). I would like to take the time to warn others who may be seeking for a Criminal Lawyer to represent them, this man Tony Seyfi is NOT the one. You will regret it later like I do and hubby did too. Tony Seyfi and Aldo (personal assistant) are two LIARS, INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL individuals that take advantage of people who are anguished and are desperate for help. Like hubby and I at the time. My husband had a clean record never committed a crime his whole life but in 2016 he got in trouble with law enforcement and was taken to court. We didn't want this incident to ruin his record and he asked me to help him find a good attorney, at the time the first place I looked was google and came across this CROOK of a man, Seyfi. Oh how I wish somebody would've warned me about him and we would have avoided having so much anger and feeling so helpless after what Seyfi did to us. I feel so guilty that I basically chose this "LEGAL THIEF" to "represent" or let's better say TAKE HIS MONEY and do absolutely NOTHING for him. I clearly remember calling his firm to schedule an appt but instead he sent Aldo to meet up with us at El Pollo Loco, where he sold us the best possible scenario and the perfect outcome for his case, great salesman gotta give him that! He told us that to start the case we would have to pay 1,500 and the rest was going to be divided in the times Seyfi would go to court (3 times) they had everything calculated (we made that conclusion later as time went by). He did NOTHING to help his case on the contrary he made my husband feel as if he was an ignorant for asking him questions and would put him down every chance he got. Also reminding him every time that he was at fault therefore needs to pay for his mistakes. Are you kidding me?!!! The THREE TIMES in total that he showed up to court, he was LATE and he showed no willingness to help my hubby, all he would say to him was to plead guilty so can be done with the case. Long story short Hubby decided to fight his case on his own, and with the help of the Public Defender who told him that CROOK had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help him and that he had just taken his money. She did for him everything he had asked this THIEF to do and got paid for.

Mr.Seyfi is very reliable and willing to work with you with payments, I was facing possible 3 yrs, that went down to 18months , I end up going to Mr.Seyfi and got it reduced to 3 yrs probation. this was my first time every being in something this serious and im very pleased with my results so i would refer Mr.Seyfi to anyone. Great job

When my wife and I met with Tony I stated that I was looking for an aggressive dedicated representation. When the case initiated Tony had a great strategy which helped me win the case. He also gave me an affordable price and he worked with us and gave us a payment plan. I am grateful for his representation and more than anything with his attention to detail. It was very clear to me once Tony entered the court room he owned it. A family member placed their trust in a public defender. When I walked into the court room I viewed a person who looked like they pulled a homeless person from the street threw him in a suit and called him a lawyer. Yes he was the family members public defender. Tony walked in and I was relieved we hired as true professional. We soon learned the other side had three lawyers all presenting different issues. Tony stood up to all three of them and settled the case fairly, and expediently.. Finished with one visit. In a past experience I expected to return to court several more times. Simply amazing. Tony clearly stands up for his clients, and he delivers. Thank you Tony..

My first time ever getting into trouble with the law. As a bodyguard I couldn’t afford to lose my license doing what I love. Tony assures me that he would do everything in his power to get my charges dropped and he did just that.

I found myself in need of a good attorney. I had no idea of where to go. I finally read reviews and the experience of attorneys who specialized in the area of law which I felt was needed. I read many reviews for many different attorneys. I decided to make an appointment with Moaddel Law Firm. I met with Dan Moaddel as well as several members of his staff. I got good vibes, however one never knows for sure. I went ahead and signed a contract to be represented by Moaddel Law. Last week my case was finalized. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Dan Moaddel is the best. His legal assistant Kimberly is the best. His entire staff was outstanding. I was fully informed at all times. I never had a problem reaching who I needed to speak to. Estoy haciendo este review para avisar a la gente que no contraten el servicio de esta firma llevo un año cuatro meses en un caso me cobraron $6000 nunca me tienen información dos veces me han hablado con mentiras estoy muy decepcionado de esta firma porque aparte de que me cobraron $6000 te asen peder tu tiempo la última vez que hablé con una secretaria de ellos les dije que me fueran honestos si eran personas no capacitadas para ayudarme que me hablaran con la verdad y hasta ahorita sigo esperando que meden resultados de mi caso. si quieres perder tu tiempo y tu dinero lo recomiendo a lo mejor en un pasado fueron buenos en la actualidad lo que tengo con ellos no lo recomiendo unos días atrás hablé con otro abogado me recomendó que hablara la corte a ver qué tanto han trabajado ellos En mi caso en un año cuatro meses descubrí que no han hablado a la corte hace 2 días firme para que me regresarán mi dinero me dijeron que van a estudiar el caso y me van a cobrar a $450 la hora para atrás les dije que porque me iban a cobrar Si no han hecho nada en la corte me respondieron que ellos han trabajado por fuera a mí no me interesa que trabajen por fuera mi me importa que trabajen en mi caso en la corte lo reviews que miran es pura mentira pueden confirmar lo que les digo métanse a las personas que dejan buenos review son personas falsas son personas que rraramente nomas tienen un review esta rraro que puros reviews en Ingles y ninguno en español
