Whatever you do please stay away from this law firm these people don’t do there job I had to reach out to them after numerous time after i pay them to do my paper work they then stole my money because I didn’t want to work with them no more they then send out a mail with a letter with fake charges because they didn’t want to give my refund back

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This is not even a real law firm. Terrible communication, no real lawyers just legal assistants that have no idea what’s going on. No updates to case, they just take your money monthly and you never hear from them. When you do reach out they give you the run around IF they answer the phone. They are extremely unprofessional it’s disgusting. Jen from client services should be fired immediately as she doesn’t know how to communicate professionally with clients, Idk where they pulled her out of. DO NOT waste your money or time coming here it’s not worth it at all. Idk how this place is still running, it has to be a scheme. You’re better off representing yourself. Stay far far far away

Our worst mistake was going with this law firm. We’ve had a case with them for over a year which they still haven’t been able to solve, they are difficult to get ahold off, never returning phone calls, they have not made any progress on our case at all. Not to mention you never get to speak to an actual lawyer just their legal assistant’s which are so clueless half the time. It’s like all they wanted was our money. Deeply regret going with this law firm to defend our case. Do not waste your money here all they will do for you is push your court dates.

Pésima experiencia con la firma ..llevo un caso migratorio con ellos y con mucha pena solo puedo decir que son puntuales y atentos para cobrar ..llamas y por información sobre tu caso y es en vano ...te dejan un número para que supuestamente te comuniques y es vano..la última vez que traté de comunicarme fue hace más de tres días ..no pude hablar con nadie ...hay un señorita que te da un número de teléfono para que te comuniques con ella ..es como secretaria o algo así ..la cuestión es que responde tus mensajes de texto casi 15 días después que los envías ...y llevo siglos tratando de obtener una entrevista con el abogado y es más imposible que ver al mismo Dios ... sinceramente yo solo siento frustración, ha sido una falta de respeto total, pides información y no te la dan, me siento estafado tristemente tengo que decirlo así...lo peor que me ha pasado desde que llegué a Estados Unidos...muy puntuales son ellos ..pero solo para cobrar...me gustaría que me devuelvan mi dinero...por lo menos los pagos que he realizado...no quiero tener que lidiar más con estos estafadores...debería darles vergüenza como juegan y estafan a las personas...esta firma se resume en una sola palabra ...ESTAFADORES

La señorita Vanesa del Departamento de Consultas nos ayudo. Muy excelente servicio muy experimentados muy buen trato amables siempre contestan todas tus preguntas y siempre que ablas por telefono te contestan.
