It sad to say that all the negative reviews are in fact true!!!! How they have any good reviews is a mystery. In April it's going to be a full year since we submitted a filing, for the 1st 6months they were good at calling for their money but as soon as they got their full amount NOTHING!!! They don't answer, if they do, the person you're looking for is always on lunch or break. I've gone in person and they act very apologetic and like they care. As soon as you walk out the door, they could care less about your concerns. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Listen to the NEGATIVE reviews!!

I sought help from the Firm and the only thing I can say today is that I feel that I have been scammed, they have charged me 5000dlls for a service for which they did nothing, not even a call or a message, all they did was charge me and when I tried to contacting them they did not answer me they were always busy or they said that if they could call me back later but it never happened I had to inform myself and do everything myself to be able to complete the service for which I asked them for help, unfortunately now I am having I also have problems getting my money back because it was more than 8 days after they returned the call to cancel the contract and return the money and they have not tried to contact me and the lawyer who was handling my case did not manage to do it either when he found out that I was doing the whole process, he contacted me at that moment and when I mentioned that I would cancel the contract, he told me that perhaps they would not return all my money For canceling my contract, even though they have never done anything at all, the lawyer took my case for 4 months, which he only asked me for money but nothing was ever done and I don't think it's fair that they no matter how I struggle to get that amount of money together To pay them, they don't want to return it to me, they made me waste time and money and I don't see it as fair to have to give them part of my money. Now I don't trust this firm anymore and it was because of how badly they have been so bad with me to handle my case now I no longer owe 5000, I owe more because I had to request a loan to pay this amount and they have not done anything! Busque ayuda por parte de la Firma y lo único que hoy puedo decir es que siento que me han estafado me an cobrado 5000dlls por un servicio por el cual no hicieron nada ni una llamada ni un mensaje lo único que hacían era cobrarme y cuando trataba de contactarlos no me contestaban siempre estaban ocupados o decían que si me podían regresar la llamada mas tarde pero jamás sucedía tuve que informarme y hacer todo yo mismo por mi cuenta para poder lograr completar el servicio por el cual yo les pedía ayuda, desafortunadamente ahora estoy teniendo problemas también para recuperar mi dinero pues quedaron hace más de 8 días de regresarme la llamada para hacer la cancelación del contrato y regresarme el dinero y no lo han hecho trato de comunicarme y tampoco lo logro además el abogado que llevaba mi caso cuando se dio cuenta que yo estaba haciendo todo el proceso se comunico conmigo en ese momento y cuando le mencioné que cancelaría el contrato me dijo que quizás no me regresarían todo mi dinero por cancelar yo mi contrato aún que ellos nunca hayan hecho absolutamente nada llevo el abogado mi caso por 4meses los cuales nomas me pidió dinero pero jamás se hizo nada y no creo justo que ellos sin importarles cómo batalle yo para lograr juntar esa cantidad de dinero para pagarles no quieran regresarmelo me hicieron perder tiempo y dinero y no veo justo tener que darles parte de mi dinero ahora yo ya no co fio más en esta firma y fue a causa de lo mal que se han por fado conmigo para llevar mi caso ahora yo ya no debo 5000 debo más por que tuve que pedir un préstamo para pagar esta cantidad y ellos no han hecho nada!

Pésimo servicio,e tenido problemas con los pagos me estaban cobrando de más,actualmente tengo un caso con ellos y e tratado de comunicarme con ellos,nunca responden.
