Solo quiero desir que al principio cuando contrate ala moaddel law firm tenia mis dudas por k tenia un sierto inconveniente que no se comunicaban con migo pasaban meses y solo me llamaban para cobrarme, pero un día me llamo uno de sus miembros legales para presentarse con migo y me explico que el iva aser mi Nuevo asistente legal de migración Alonso moscoso y me dijo que tenia k trabajar conmigo aserca de los papeles que estaba atrasado y rápidamente mire el cambio en mi asistente legal diarios se comunicaba conmigo para asesorarme aserca de los papeles que estaba atrasado y aparte de ser mi asistente legal me iso sentirme más seguro de su trabajo ojalá que aiga mas asistentes legales como el senior Alonso moscoso lo aprecio mucho como abogado y amigo gracias por todo tu buen trabajo y tus ganas de ayudar a nuestra comunidad hispana recomiendo ala law firm moaddel muchas gracias Alonso Moscoso

Liz has been an amazing help to me during my kern county court proceedings it was an awesome experience working with her, I had almost a full year before going to trial thanks to her, Kim and Austin.

I hate this place I gave them $5,000 to start a immigration process to try to get a bail for a family member in 2 weeks they never did anything when I told them I wanted a refund because they never assigned themselves like my family member lawyer or went to see him at the detention center they were like we are going to see him today they did because someone was already at adelanto seeing another inmate I still wanted to cancel their service and get my money back but now they say that I owe them because every time I all call them to ask for my money they charged me $150 for each call and they charged me over $3,000 just because they saw my family member at the detention center they took my money for no work done and they say that I owe them they are bad ppl they didnt care about anything they never told me that they were charging me 150 per call and they always told me call back Nancy is not here she is at lunch or Nancy is not in call back tomorrow so I did and like that they took my money without working for it I hope something is done by the California state bar because this law firm is full of liars and cheaters who dont care about the people they just care about the money

Mal servicio en cuanto a lo que prometen, no cumplen con lo pactado y te dan información cuando les da la gana. No hay comunicación entre sus asistentes, poco profesionales. Un cobro de $3,500 en total, de los cuales he pagado $3,000 y ya son casi 3 meses, nunca contestan ni regresan las llamadas, parece que te dan información cuando líquidas el costo total, si pides cita no te la dan y si vas sin avisar te cobran $50, si te retrasas en el pago son otros $50 todos es a favor de ellos, por ninguna razón recomiendo esta firma, solo espero que mi caso termine favorablemente. Muy decepcionada.

I'm giving them 1 star because I have no other option or else I wouldn't give them any. I was recommended by another attorney who told me how "great" they were and after reading the reviews I felt comfortable enough to hire them. I work at a law firm myself and I know every case is different and I know you won't always get the results you want. Anyway, I payed them 2,500 just to "open up an investigation" to figure out what my options were in regards to my type of case. I payed them $2,000 up front and $500 the following month. It took a little over a month to receive news which is how long I thought it would take. Then my case worker set up an appointment between me and the attorney Nadja for a Saturday and when Saturday came around they canceled on me that morning because the attorney "wasn't going to be there". Then we were supposed to reschedule and they were supposed to give me a call back and never did so I gave them a call and they were supposed to talk to the attorney to confirm, and again I didn't receive a call. I called the following week and asked them if we could just do the meeting via phone or email because it was also hard for me to go in due to my work schedule and their schedule. Finally they agreed to have the attorney give me a call, which she failed to do so until I called and told them I had been waiting for the call. I finally get the call and spoke to her and she advised me of my options and in order to move forward it would be another $2,500! I requested she send me all the paper work she had from the "investigation which I payed $2,500 for. It took over a month of me calling and requesting the paper work for me to finally receive it. When I received it and went over the paper work, I noticed they had literally send me the document I had already taken in myself and on top of that a document for a ticket which was not even under my name! How did they not notice that ticket was not mine? Is that how much attention and effort they put into my case? Overall, I am very unhappy with their service and think they are unprofessional. I can understand my case might have been complicated and more than likely I wasn't going to get the results I wanted, but at least they should have made my $2,500 worth it, especially when their investigation consisted of reviewing a document I had already taken in myself. I'm not getting my money back or my time back but I will let other know my personal experience with this law firm.
