I can't thank Tony Seyfi enough for what he did for me. I was facing a serious felony charge which could have ended up getting me 4 years in state prison due to my criminal history , but Tony fought hard for my rights. He challenged the search of my vehicle, and because of his dedication and knowledge of the law, I ended up with no jail time. I spent nine years grappling with complex issues related to my legal status, which was quite challenging. With my previous lawyer, my first application for the I-485 was denied. Years later, after my second application and interview, I received a NOID requesting a 601 waiver. I then turned to lawyer Joseph, who expertly helped me prepare all the necessary documents in just one month. After submitting everything, I received my green card approval a month later.
