I've never been through this before; but I've also never been hospitalized after a bicycle accident. I did my research, and Josh was at the top of more than one list. The process is not fun or simple, and I'm a worrier. I am sure that I was a difficult client. Josh was very patient and reassuring throughout. After doing more research, I had two numbers in mind: the lowest offer I'd accept; and what I wanted. What Josh got me was 10% more than "what I wanted". To say I'm relieved is an understatement. I'm ecstatic. Thank you, Josh. I hope I never need an injury lawyer again; but if I do, I'm calling you.

I was rear ended on the 101 2 years ago and was experiencing considerable pain. I went to Dr/physical therapy, and THEN called Josh after my treatments. In hindsight I should've called him right away because the resulting insurance paperwork became quite the mess. Insurance company X paid, then denied coverage for the bills, saying it was not their responsibility. Anyways, Josh and his assistant Lisa were able to resolve all of my billing issues and my final settlement was far beyond my expectations. Josh was very helpful through the whole process, and helped me make informed decisions along the way. I would gladly recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance, I'm a very happy client.

Josh is really the best. He helped me though a very tough time and found me the best and most conveniently located doctors and therapists. He made me feel important and that I could contact him whenever, he even responded while on vacation with his wife! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Josh is the BEST! At first I was skeptical on whether I should get a lawyer for a car accident I was involved in. I was the victim of an accident and was injured.
