I was in very difficult situation with my wife's green card case by hiring a wrong lawyer. My old lawyer did mess up our case and it ended up getting our petition and application being rejected. Second I fired old lawyer, I met Mr. Won through my friend's recommendation. The day we spoke to Mr. Won for the first time to discuss our rejected case, he did explain why and how our case got rejected and the lawful way to resurrect our case from dead to alive. It brought us piece in our mind and looking at his experience and knowledge, I signed up with him at the spot and asked him to save our case. Day I received my case statement sent out to USCIS office, I was able to feel confident that my case will be re opened and approved since the level of the terms and wordings used on my statement was far above and beyond from what we had from our previous lawyer that we had to fire after we got our case rejected. At the end of the day, our case got re opened within a month from the day we met Mr. Won, and we also witnessed miracle of getting my wife's Green card within 2 weeks from the day we got the case re opening notice from the USCIS. I believe Mr. Won's legal statement mentioning clear USCIS error by the law have helped our case being expedited on its own way. He did mention that our case must be re opened by the law and it should also get approved at the same time due to the error made by USCIS. I really appreciate the way Mr. Won took care of our case, and now I'm recommending him to every people I know who seeks for immigrant attorney using my very pleasant experience we had with Mr. Won. Unfortunately I got hit by a car in a hit and run situation which caused numerous issues with my body thanks to country trial lawyers they made my case easy and assured me they will take care of the whole process all I had to worry about was getting better physically which therapy and surgery . They are the best! 10/10 reccomend

I had a really big problem with this individual who was lieing through her teeth... with false accusations.. and unfortunately the justice system doesn't always work in your favor.. but thank you Tony who listened to me ..I interviewed 3 other attorneys and Tony was the ONLY! one that I felt comfortable. He explained the laws .. and even knew what to do in my case and how to get this off my permanent record... don't waste time interview ing like I did....call Tony.. I highly recommended him.
