Norma was extremely easy to work with and made the entire experience pleasant and efficient. I recently experienced getting bitten by a dog, and the owner showed absolutely no concern towards my health. I reached out to this firm because I saw an overwhelming amount of positive feedback and felt this would be the right place to elevate and address this at the legal level. A dog is a reflection of their owner, so the owner must be held accountable.. and Norma as a representative of this firm understood and did a great job working through the details with me. Highly recommend

Very nice and helpful

It's impossible to get a call back. My case has settled and I have not received a check as of yet. I signed papers . We are going into September and nothing. I've called multiple times and no one calls me back. I am very upset.
