So I far I love how they keep in touch ..how they keep u informed and how they break it down from the paper work to what's Gona happen next to how long it could take how great they are at collecting and making sure they gather every piece of paper work or information and most of all they are respectful towards there clients how comfortable they make u feel to talk to them and also if the person who dealing with u or the case if there not available they have one of there other coworkers keep u informed....so yes so far there doing a perfect job....ty
