I've had the pleasure of working with Misoo on 2 car accident cases now. We originally got in touch through a doctor that I was seeing after getting rear ended. With the most recent case working together, my pregnant wife was in a hit and run car accident. Our insurance carrier started pushing back on some of the healthcare expenses and tried to say what my wife was experiencing was from pre-existing conditions that were unrelated to the accident. Our case was very unique and nuanced, but Misoo was able to leverage her knowledgeable peers and worked with our doctors to get a good understanding of the health complication/implications my wife was experiencing since the accident. Her communication is very proactive and she doesn’t have any issue making herself available to answer questions. If she doesn’t know the answer to something, she is very good at leveraging her network to get the information to help build a case. I hope we don’t have to work together again, since it means we avoided car accidents and injuries, but I keep her on speed dial for those unfortunate occurrences. I highly recommend working with her!
