David Kestner sued a woman who defrauded me of $203,000 in a business deal in Los Angeles. We gotca bad judge trying the case but David persuaded the defendant Sonia Uwanawich to settle and pay us the maximim settlement that Judge Recana would allow, which was $89,000. New v. Uwanawich LA Superior Court in 2015. I highly recommend Mr. Kestner as a a very smart attorney who get large settlements in my case and good jury verdicts as well. A very honest attorney.
