I’m so grateful for finding Ms. Chang. She is the best at what she does. She has done so much for my son. It’s nice to know that someone is on your side to represent you when your not sure what to do,? Especially when it comes to the School District IEP’s, testing and services that are available. Jennifer Chang went above and beyond for my daughter and me. She not only settled our case successfully but also guided me through every step of a very stressful situation. Her genuine care and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. She is also a fantastic special education advocate, making sure my daughter's needs were fully understood and met. I hired her because of reviews and then when I asked her about rights my 8 child for being bullied at school and what type of attorney I needed for and asked help in that . Then following I received short email stating she will no longer represent my child and left me hanging in a crucial moment in my case and this happened 10/24/24 . She didn’t provide reasons why and just abandoned my 8 year old child .. who does that !!!

My child is 10 years old. I felt very reassured from the day I started working with the Jennifer lawyer. Within two months of consulting with the lawyer, everything was resolved and I received three times more service than I expected. She answered my questions right away and solved a problem that I had been unable to solve for two years.
