if alan jackson's fee was 6 million dollars, it would be money well spent. i've never experienced such a competent, sharp, and efficient lawyer as him. the legal system can be a 50/50 shot of fair or unfair, but either way your best shot at winning your case is with him.

I contacted mark thru his website email. He promptly got back to me the next morning. Upon initial consultation, not sure if it was poor connection, but this man was raising his voice, talking over me and getting rude. When I wouldn’t give up certain irrelevant details regarding a name of person not even involved he got upset and said he doesn’t want to help me. I’ve spoken to several other layers who did not need that information. It was feeling like he was not on my side and wouldn’t be the right fit to represent me. I do not recommend.

Jackie, Nia, and Alan were able to get some very egregious charges against me dismissed in prelim. Jackie, through her professional and straight-forward questioning showed the court how weak the prosecutor's case was. After a mere 1.5 hours, the court saw right through the case and dismissed everything. Because of this firm, I can sleep again and look forward to raising my daughter again.
