this company Shakeem Manshoory , posed as my attorney Mustafa law group, the c.s. staff called me phone 12 times to get my money and when I found out they were not in fact my attorney that i was hiring through my attorney network they slipped through the cracks by the similarity of their name Manshoory as apposed to Mustafa ..I asked for a refund and not only would they not give me a refund but they showed up in the courtroom as amatures and made my case results worse!!!

This was the second time that Ghozland Law Firm represented me in an auto accident. This accident was a lot worse than the first one as it was a total loss and the driver of the other car was not insured and I had to go through my own insurance and they were making the process very difficult for me and didn't seem concerned about my injuries or my daughters who was also in the car with me during the accident. Ghozland Law Firm made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed every step of the way when it came to our injuries, our medical care, our doctors appointments, and my physical therapy after shoulder surgery I needed due to the accident. I have to give a special acknowledgment and mention to Jasmine Jackson, who was the person that I was in constant communication with. She listened to my concerns provided answers to questions I had and made sure that my doctors appointments were all taken care of and also made sure that she was following up with me consistently to make sure that all my needs were met. Jasmine was always just a call, text or email away. I also have to say that it is rare to actually get to speak to the attorney's themselves, but I was able to speak with Michael Ghozland more than just once or twice and each time he was very reassuring and put me at ease.
