What can I say about Jasmine and Maira!! Absolutely wonderful stuff. This is my second time coming here. On November 22nd 2022 I was hit with Fedex around 7:00pm. I had no clue what to say or what to do. I was speechless. My first thing was to call Jasmine and she answered me even though it was after the work hours at 7:00pm. I told her Jasmine I just got hit and she said do not worry we will take care of you. She guided me what to do and then I got a phone call from Maira and said she was going to help me with an auto collision with my car. She guided me carefully step by step of the process and she went above and beyond for me found the correct insurance for fedex. After her finding out who was the correct insurance for Fedex she fought so hard to get me on a rental since Fedex did not want to take accountability for getting me a rental but Maira found a way she got me a rental. I was extremely happy I had no words because I thought I was going to be without a car. What can I say about Jasmine was just not my case manager, she became a friend to me. If I had any questions she would always pick up even though it was her after hours. She always made me feel safe and told me you're amazing hands no doubt. It was a long case but it's coming to an end' I'm extremely blessed to have these beautiful amazing women's in my case which are are Jasmine and Mairia!!!!
