I came to Elliot for a consultation to handle my 10 year old felony case. I hadn't completed the terms of my probation, none of it, and I was ready to turn myself in. As it turned out not only was my felony probation violation open, but also a slew of smaller warrants for traffic violations. I consulted with a few different attorneys who were all really great but I decided to go with Elliot and I am very glad that I did. First he met me on a Saturday which was very convenient. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me. He was honest and upfront, didn't make any promises to give me false hope. Which I appreciated as I knew how serious the consequences were going to be. Out of 4 cases (1 Felony and 3 Misdemeanors) that he handled for me I received positive outcomes in each. I'm extremely fortunate. I'm glad i chose Elliot to represent me in my DUI case. I got pulled over by a CHP officer for speeding and wound up blowing a .09. The cop laid things on thick in the police report and, after having read it, I thought that there was likely little that Elliot could do to mitigate the fallout. A few months back I came from China to visit my boyfriend who had moved from China to the US. While visiting Universal Studios, I had found out that he was cheating on me. I was very upset and slapped him. I hired Mr. Zarabi to handle the matter for me. Mr. Zarabi went to court for my initially, but the DA and Judge stated I had to be in court. Mr. Zarabi, was able to keep the case open without a warrant for my arrival. When we went to court together on the second court date, I was very impressed with Mr. Zarabi's command in court. He was NOT happy with the way I was being treated. He had a not so pleasant conversation with the DA, who after reviewing, went to her boss and got approval to dismiss the case. I was so happy. The DA even (indirectly) apologized to me. Thank you Mr. Zarabi for all your help, I could not have done this without you!

After being charged with felony battery (first offence), I was scared. I don't know how I found Elliot online, but I am so glad I did. He had nothing but positve reviews and now I know why. Everything, start-to-finish took less than two months. I went from being charged with a felony to having the charges dropped, no fines, no punishment, just a mark on my record. He even offered to send paperwork or a note if I needed an explanation for upcoming job interviews. You will not be wasting your time if you hire Elliot.

I called Elliot after I went to court a few times. The public defender did not seem to care very much about me or my case. Just told me the offer of 180 days of C.J or try and fight it and risk prison. I felt helpless, then I reached out to Elliot. After my first meeting with him, I felt comfortable. He never made a promise but did guarantee he would work very hard to keep me out of jail. After a few appearances and some investigation, he kept me out of jail.
