Jeff went above and beyond for my fiance and I. He made accommodations for our location, working with us remotely in an area of California he doesn't usually cover geographically. What's more, he was incredibly personable, calm, and clear in his communications, taking the time to explain the more technical aspects to us step by step, and always remaining patient and understanding as he did so. He made himself available to answer phone calls regularly, and was always quick to respond to emails and schedule next steps. Jeff is a top-rate professional and we could not recommend him enough. After eight years of using Jeff (he prefers that you call him Jeff, rather than Mr. Wishman, but he's sooooo good at being MY bankruptcy lawyer that, out of the highest respect, I always call him "Mr. Wishman") Wishman' s services, there is NO ONE I would go to for ANY need regarding the law---if he can't help you, he'll KNOW someone who can! I recently completed a Chapter 13, which was successfully discharged. It has been a long journey, and Jeff and his team have given me unwavering support.
