My wife and I met with Pankaj Raval via zoom to discuss a shareholder agreement for an Architectural Start-up that I am involved. The mission was simple, read a 26 page California agreement from a third party and then have an hour zoom call to discuss its appropriateness, obligations, and risks to me and my wife should we sign it. We determined that scope in an initial 10 minute free consultation over the phone. Fee and timing were set then. Pankaj explained S-Corps businesses to us and he pointed out some nuances that were inconsistent in the reviewed document, etc. He did a great job of explaining things in simple language. Pankaj summarized his input in an concluding email with recommendations of further actions to be considered. Pankaj is knowledgeable and gives good straight forward business advice. Best of he is personable and a nice person. Pankaj has become a trusted advisor. R

This law firm set a consultation meeting with me then rescheduled which is fine but then the attorney never called or made any attempt to reach out at the time we had agreed upon for the reschedule. No call/no show is unprofessional and a waste of my time.
