I’m extremely disappointed with this law firm. I’ve been trying to get updates about my settlement for over a month, and no one ever follows up. Every time I call, they claim my case is a “high priority” and promise someone will call me back, but it never happens. I was told I’d get a callback within three days on December 15 and that I would receive my settlement check between December 25 and December 27. It’s now January 20, and I’ve heard nothing. I even called yesterday, and they promised someone would call me, but still nothing. Terrible communication and zero accountability. Would not recommend.

Quill & Arrow is the most unprofessional law firm I’ve ever worked with. My case has been going on for over 3 years already my case settled 6 months but they dropped the ball with Honda and they don’t respond anymore. The lawyers are on professional let’s not even talk about customer service. Their service is horrible they always change their story and always have an excuse for everything. Please do yourself a favor a look for another law firm.

Update: In response to the Robert, the firm made a huge mistake. I emailed Yuri and copied Henry m; I included 3 attachments indicating my car was and is CPO with the carfax report included. I called the firm back the same day and no one answered hence why I sent an email. I never spoke with the case manager and I’m stuck with an unsafe vehicle. Appreciate your response, I’ll just continue you to read about how quill and arrow drops their clients without doing their due diligence. They dropped my case under the assumption that my vehicle wasn't pre-owned certified when, in fact, it was. It's disappointing and unprofessional that they didn't take the time to verify basic detail before making their decision. This shows the lack of due diligence on their part. While I wouldn't say they wasted my time completely, it's laughable that they even tried to justify their negligence. I'm glad there was no fee involved since they dropped my case. If you're looking for a thorough, responsive and competent representation, I suggest looking elsewhere. Lazy work ethic all around. I informed them via email that my vehicle was pre-owned certified, included the carfax, and got a response that they'll look into it. I will never work with them again.

I urge anyone considering this company for their services to think again. Since the moment I engaged with them, I've had not one, but four different case managers. Each time I finally managed to get a response--after countless emails--only to find out that my case manager had changed once more. The most infuriating aspect is their complete lack of communication. Reaching any of the case managers by phone, email, or text is virtually impossible. On the rare occasion that someone does text back, they promise to call at a specific time, which they never do. The sheer disregard for their clients' time and needs is utterly appalling. To add to the frustration, their disorganization and poor responsiveness make it difficult to trust them with your case. Think carefully before deciding to work with this firm--they're far from reliable.

My experience with Quill and Arrow Lemon Law has been incredibly disappointing. I originally signed on with the firm in June 2024, but it took six months and a threat to terminate their representation for me to finally get in contact with my attorney. When I first contacted the firm, Roberto Jaime Fuentes Gomez, the intake specialist, assured me that all my information would be collected and passed on to the appropriate attorney. I provided all necessary documentation, including a formal demand letter sent via certified mail, seeking reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses I incurred due to damages caused by the Tesla Service Center prior to the vehicle surrender. Initially, I planned to seek reimbursement for these expenses through small claims court, but I was assured by their office that this would be unnecessary, as these expenses would be included in my settlement offer. However, when I later inquired about these expenses, my attorney claimed we had never discussed them—even though I had never spoken with him directly at any point in the process. For months, no one in the office could even tell me who my attorney was. Only after I threatened to terminate their representation did I finally receive a call from Gregory Sogoyan (license number 316832). By that point, the trust I had placed in the firm was completely shattered. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. The lack of communication, failure to acknowledge critical evidence I provided, and blatant negligence throughout the process have been unacceptable. It seems they are more focused on billable hours than on providing competent representation or clear communication. If I could do it all over again, I would take my case elsewhere. I plan to report their negligence to The State Bar of California to ensure others don’t go through the same ordeal. Avoid this firm if you value transparency and professionalism.

This has been challenging to say the least. The communication has not been great. I attribute that time their aggressive marketing. They care more amount intake than customer service. So many people have complained about the same thing and also about not receiving their settlement checks. It should never take longer than 2-4 weeks to receive a check.
