Total scam when it comes to lemon law cases they promises something and then change the contract without notifying us they left us with such a nightmare of a case now they won’t return our call even though we have called multiple time and just want to clarify the situation

I gave them 2 stars because I always had to be calling and checking status. I would call and things that happened weeks ago are barely being told to me because I called. But they insist to wait for there call. I would call back a few weeks later and new info on my case but they never called. Emily the lady who handles the checks is so rude. I myself will never deal with them. Ana was cool in the end. Hope they make some changes there cause it's horrible to call, lot of bad attitudes and feet dragging I feel. Hope I get a call so I can talk to someone who cares.
