WASTE OF TIME !!! they asked me to send them all documents I have (repair orders) so they could review them all before they could send me a contract to be signed if my case was strong enough, so after they've reviewed the documents I've sent, I was told that was a good to go case and they sent me the contract which I've signed on APR/14/2023, so today APR/24/2023 I received an email from this joker company saying: Per our conversation, this email will confirm that our office will no longer be able to represent you on your legal claim against Toyota Motor " but I never had a conversation about that with no one, just breached the contract, stupids...

From day one this company was straight forward and very informative. Any time I had a question they were always available. If your have issues with a possible lemon vehicle please contact them they can help you.

I cant thank Quil & Arrow LLP enough! These guys are really the real deal, I personally was dealing with a nightmare of a vehicle that the dealership failed to repair over and over finally I became fed up and hired kevin to help me out he went above and beyond kept me up to date with updates and made the process very stress free all I had to do was sit back and let him do his thing. Long story short at the end of it!! All said and done I was reimbursed all of my money plus a nice settlement!! I highly recommend these guy they are super professional and get the job done. 👏
