Worst lawyer ever!

She is my lawyer. She is very nice, very patient, absolutely kind. She is very efficient and accurate. She listens to all the details very carefully and is available to clarify any unclear points. I highly recommend her and I know she will treat you with care and respect. You are in very good hands!

Since I have hired and been working with Miss Ramona Kennedy I feel at peace and cared for after long years of being in legal issues (almost 5 years) and going to people who didn't know or got paid but didn't care. I paid a lot of money in the past to learn how to choose a good lawyer.  5 years of my life to learn that a good lawyer is not found by accident but she must be interviewed from the beginning to be knowledgeable, genuine and kind and someone who values you. Since I have hired Miss Ramona Kennedy, I feel I am part of my case and I know details of my case in my first free initial case evaluation more than I knew in the last 4 years, when I was a client elsewhere. In the past I didn't have direct contact with lawyers.  Here I have direct contact with my lawyer. Ramona is probably the worst lawyer I have ever encountered. I called to see if she can help my family with the visa application process. She told me: "you can't expect anyone to open an embassy for you". I really didn't understand what she meant because I wasn't expecting anyone to open an embassy for me or my family and I was really struggling to understand what she meant. When I asked her to speak Farsi so I can understand what she meant (BTW, I speak English fluently) she got mad and started insulting me. She said she has two PhD's, one of them in English literature, and who the hell I think I am to criticize her English. As she was shouting, I realized that by opening an embassy for me she meant scheduling a visa appointment for me. Anyways, I guess she was having a bad day, but having a bad day is not a good excuse for being so rude towards a client.
