Counting all my blessings when it comes to this process , I have nothing but good things to say about Bianca , who’s been on top of my case with my 2021 Subaru forester giving me transmission issues at 60k miles . Thank you a thousand times . We are just about done with this process and I am pleased with everything .

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this law firm, which I found to be both misleading and deceptive in their business practices. From the start, the intake process was poorly handled. After providing all requested information, I was led to believe my case had been accepted, and I was sent a retainer agreement to sign. Despite multiple requests, I was not given the opportunity to speak with an attorney before signing, but was told I would have the opportunity to speak with an attorney once the retainer was signed and my case transferred to the litigation team. However, after signing the retainer, I discovered that my case was still under review, contradicting the firm's initial assurances. For an entire month, I was kept in the dark, strung along and misled into believing I had legal representation in my lemon law case. After a month, they decided they didn't want my case after all and dropped it, despite signing the retainer agreement and sending welcome correspondence. This firm's lack of transparency and deceptive practices prevented me from consulting with, seeking or retaining other attorneys about my case. In my view, their handling of my case was unprofessional, misleading and deceptive. This experience has prompted me to file a formal complaint with the State Bar for a review of their conduct.

This law firm is the worst in the business.Veronica is very unprofessional she’s dodging my calls after telling that my settlement check should be here in 60-90 days I’m in day 110 and still don’t have any answers about my check. I’m over these people they’re taking this long and I didn’t even had to surrender a vehicle. Nancy told me that since I didn’t have to surrender a vehicle that my process was gonna be fast on getting my payment day 110 and still nothing and all they do is lie and tell you anything just to try to brush you off.They said that they been sending letters to Nissan’s lawyers since August 28 and today is September 28 and Nissan hasn’t responded to any of their emails Witch is hard to believe that BS.They do day to day business with these lawyers and they don’t respond to your emails in 1 month that’s really hard to believe I’m starting to think that I got scammed.

Just got an email and a voicemail from them dropping me and my case. They told me day one I had a case. We sent them everything we needed, we got handed off like every other week, no updates for months just “we’re working on it”. They wasted 6 months of my time here. If one of these lawyers actually reviewed it the first time we sent in everything and were told then they couldn’t help us with our case fine respectable, BUT 6 MONTHS LATER AFTER BEING CONSTANTLY TOLD WE HAD SOMETHING AND THEY WERE WORKING ON IT ONLY TO BE TOLD ONE DAY THEY ARE NO LONGER REPRESENTING BECAUSE THEY CANT HELP OUR CASE. Don’t waste your time with these people they only waste yours.

At first they were very kind and communication was great. they led me on for almost 2 months telling me i had a good lemon law case only for them to leave me a voicemail after not replying to any of my attempts to get an update stating they had reviewed my case and it was not worth their time to pursue. They will only take cases that are basically a guarantee win with little effort on their end so they can boast about their record wins and payouts. Dont bother wasting your time with quill and arrow unless you've already recieved an offer from the dealership.

This has been a headache to deal with but Bianca has definitely help ease some of the frustration and bring clarity to all this. Not sure how long this will be since the manufacturer has been difficult from the beginning but I know I’m in great hands

When they want your business they’re good at communicating with you so they can secure your case but after I signed for them to take care of the lemon law I’ve had nothing but trouble dealing with 2 different case workers. First one wouldn’t give me answers or respond in a timely manner and now the new one simply doesn’t respond at all. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Case is still processing but as of right now I’m not impressed at all with the this law firms case managers and their lack of communication. I will update this review once the case has settled

Were do I start…. I believe it’s been a year or more since I’ve been with this firm for my lemon law case. In July we finally settled with a payout. I was told so many different things to surrender the car oh it will take 30 days, no it will take 60-90 days (7days a week) now it’s changed to 90-100 days and it’s only Monday-Friday no weekends or holidays. No one will call me back, the people that answer the phone don’t know anything and don’t know who to get me to every one is busy, they say I’ll get a call back for a update and nothing. I just want to get rid of my car and stop making payments on a car I can’t even drive because it’s not safe to drive. They have no sympathy, it’s like they are robots on what they need to say to people.

The headaches this lemon vehicle has caused me but thankfully I found this firm and have been help most recently from Bianca, she has been a such a relief. Bianca has explained and taken her time listening to me. I really appreciate her, thanks for all your help Bianca
