This law firm is welcoming you with open arms on day 1 but once they have your case, they do not respond at all. I finally got my case resolved but there is about a $9000 discrepancies and it is very hard to get a hold of settlements team. I have called them several times and sent an email and left voicemails but no response for last two weeks. The customer service person just puts me on hold and never transfer the call. Very disappointing.

WOW! I starting reading the reviews and realize that I was also suckered into this law firm. They seem to have their act together from the first day and then you never hear from them again. I have called several times to find out what is happening with the case and no one ever calls back. What is even worse, they are really a marketing firm. They asked me to write a review of them before I even heard from one lawyer. I am assuming this is why they have a few 5 star reviews. Do not go with this firm. Apparently they are not legitimate. I just spoke to "Adriana" who apparently doesn't know who the lawyers are or have any Bar Association License information. RUN! RUN! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! At this point, since I can't get anyone to call me back, I will have to send an email to revoke the contract. I have never dealt with a law firm that was so shady!

Terrible Experience - Misleading and Unresponsive I had two lemon law cases with Quill and Arrow, and both left me extremely disappointed. The first case resulted in a large payout, but I later discovered I was responsible for paying taxes on the entire settlement amount — not just my portion, but also what the lawyers received. This was never made clear to me upfront. In the second case, I was promised a certain amount but ended up receiving $1,500 less than what was agreed upon. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they stopped responding to my emails and even blocked my phone number! Their lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend working with them.

Let me start off by saying I usually don’t go and Karen over issues like this BUT . Come on now I have a lemon law case with quill & arrow . We filed back in March of 2023 . I bought a pretty expensive car roughly over 100 k and as soon as I purchased it a month later it was giving me issues . Took it to the dealers ( multiple ) and they couldn’t fix it . I had video evidence and tons of paperwork showing the issues . Fast forward now going on 18 months with basically no update . If I don’t call I don’t receive any type of updates. And when I do call I get “ they are working hard on your case “ for last 6 months . It’s frustrating because I’m trying to get out of this car and purchase another one . Help

This people never answer calls or reply email . I got stuck after sign papers with them

This has been a headache to deal with but Bianca has definitely help ease some of the frustration and bring clarity to all this. Not sure how long this will be since the manufacturer has been difficult from the beginning but I know I’m in great hands 🙌🏻
