They were professional and prompt with all communications. They processed all the paperwork and information through the convenience of emails and uploads. There were absolutely no charges to me. They were amazing to work with in helping with my lawsuit for my 2022 Ram 2500 diesel. At the start up it was easy and fast communication to get things going. Throughout the process dealing with Audry the paralegal was hit or miss. She was always out of the office and hard to get a call back. Towards the end Mike Rosenstein the lawyer was amazing. I was able to text him directly and get all the information needed in a fast and timely manner. For Mike's awesome service I still consider them 5 stars!

Their communication was great. They set realistic expectations. They got me what I feel I deserved. I've already recommendedthem to other friends. I'll use them again if I'm ever in the unfortunate circumstance again

Waste of time and poor communication. You’ll have to keep calling and making sure they are up to date on your case because your documents are not reviewed with any urgency. You will be bounced around from person to person and told your case is being reviewed and they’ll call you back. When you do get a call they didn’t see documents you sent days ago. Honestly you are better off just contacting your vehicles company corporate and just do the work yourself.

Don’t recommend them, they leave your case without an explanation! Don’t use them, you’ll waste your time! Unprofessional!
