Alex is a very straightforward and hardworking attorney. I got into an accident that severely injured my back and I tend to just let things go easily until the insurance called me and offered me $200 for the personal injury. At that point, I went on Avvo and found Alex so I decided to contact him and see what are the steps to take forward. Within the day, he got me into a chiropractor, he had texted me from his personal phone number both in and out of office hours to answer any questions or concerns I had about the case. This was my first experience actually calling a lawyer for a car accident and Alex didn't treat me like a customer throughout the process but he treated me like a friend and he did everything in his power to get a settlement out of the most stubborn and most complained about insurance company. This is my second experience with M&M in 8 years. They're my type of professionals. Courteous but focused on the evidence based truth. I find Matt has a very fine understanding on the subtle nature of employment law and can quickly evaluate the the frequently complex nature of such cases. He communicates clearly and evaluates with an understanding of human nature, tge law and the courts based on experience. If you're in a troubling, complex employment situation and you need help going to war to defend yourself, you'd be hard pressed to find a finer lawyer or law firm in Los Angeles. I decided both times not to proceed but with both cases, i valued and trusted the advice from Matt and moved on with second guessing or second thoughts. That's good lawyering.
